2023 Nov - Since Blake Exteriors did such a good job for me back in 2021 I contacted the company again to add a screen door to my front entryway. It looks great and the door company standard screws where silver but my door was black, Tyler Blake changed out the silver screws to black ones so that they are not seen. I recently had the pleasure of working with Blake Exteriors for the installation of new eavestroughs on my home, and overall I am quite pleased with the results. I highly recommend their services, the installation process was efficient (although was interrupted for a few days due to reasonable supply issues) and they kept the site relatively clean. Their estimator Roger spent a lot of time outlining various options and explaining the process. Their quoted price was also slightly lower than other contractors we had contacted, and I am quite happy with the final result.
The only factor preventing me from giving a 5-star review was communication with the company. However, these issues were minor however (a lack of updates on when the job interruption would continue, and I had asked Tyler to come down to advise on a smaller project but that never materialized), and likely due to it being a busy time of year for an understandably popular business. I encourage anyone interested in exterior renos to contact Blake Exteriors for a quote.

They were brought in to replace two rotting porch supports, and we're very pleased with the results. On top of the work, Tyler fixed a couple of issues with our eavestroughs that a previous installer screwed up and didn't even charge us. Blake Exteriors replaced our 34 year old eavestrough and downspouts. A very experienced and professional crew arrived on time and carefully removed the existing gutters and downspouts. The new installation was done competently, without damaging any of our shrubs or perennials. The crew was very accommodating and responsive to our input. I got several quotes for 3 windows upstairs and an eavestrough replacement and Blake Exteriors were by far the most detailed in their explanation and their prices were reasonable. I went with their service and they contacted me when I had questions and updated me while we were waiting for the windows to come in. They kept a clean site and did a quality install. We've noticed a difference upstairs in terms of temperature so it's obvious the windows they put in make a difference and we've received compliments from the neighbours about how they look. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future. I won't be looking for another window company any time soon. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the gentlemen who replaced our eavestroughs, but they were very accommodating and really worked with us to make the experience as painless as possible. They were great interacting with our young daughter. The workmanship is great. We've had some pretty big rains since they were installed and there has been absolutely no issues. Bill Brad and Max came over at 8am on Wednesday to replace eavestrough, downspout and fascia that my neighbors tree had destroyed. Started on it right away and by the time I left 2 hrs later they were about to install new eavestrough with Leaf guard onto our 110 year old house. Did not envy them this job as it was 25 feet up and the day was cold and rainy. I got back home @ 5pm and everything looked neat and tidy.

My wife and I had a new large bow window installed as well as new facia and eavestrough. Tyler and his team of Brad, Mike and Andrew do fantastic work. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly to both my wife and I, courteous!

The facia and eavestroughs were installed within a couple of days with no problem at all.the window however was another story. Because of the size of the window it was a momentous task. That being said, the window went in without a hitch. However upon completion of the install my wife and I were not happy with how it was trimmed out on the exterior of the house. After a quick call to Tyler he listened and understood our concern and had the trim fixed within a couple of days. At that point it was very obvious to us that Tyler and his team definitely stand behind their motto: "Blake it Right" as there was absolutely no hassle what so ever.

As you can see in the picture I have provided, everything turned out great and my wife and I couldn't be happier.
