Stop by this place! I randomly walked in and found a plethora of cool things. I'd recommend the palmier-type things and mini pies!

Amazing baked goods! I came in early this morning to get a nice donut and was greeted by a wonderful worker who chatted with me and convinced me into buying “the cheese danish” which was absolutely amazing! I thanked her and left a nice tip for great customer service! Thank you so much to Adria, I will definitely be coming back here!

The baked goods looked great. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try them because the two staff members that were out front completely ignored me. They were answering the phone and chatting with someone who I'm going to assume was a regular customer, but acted like I didn't exist. There was literally no one else in the store. So, after five minutes, I left and went to a competitor of theirs on Tecumseh, who were glad to take my money.

My first time and last time going to this bakery was a bitter disappointment. Learn some customer service skills, the most basic of which is at least acknowledge your customers.

There bake goods and bread are awesome and the bread is really good and everything is nice and fresh

Stopped at Blak's Bakery today and picked up some Paczki which I had ordered ahead of time for myself and family members. There was a line up of people waiting to get some Paczki's but if you never ordered ahead of time you couldn't get any until noon when walk ins were welcomed. I ordered Custard and Strawberry with the Sugar Glaze on them instead of White Powder and they were excellent, the best in this city.

I've been looking for authentic paczki in the Detroit/Windsor area since a trip to Poland in the summer of 2022.
I heard about this place on the radio and decided to check it out today.
The paczki were DELICIOUS! I've been telling family members about how good they are. I will definitely be coming back.

I grew up on the Vienna bread Blak's bakery has made. It has been 8 years since I have been to Blak's and a few months ago, I was back in Windsor and just had to have a loaf of Vienna.
What happened to the Vienna? It is now, just like the cheapest buns you buy at Penny (supermarket chain in EU). Actually, that loaf is worse, as at least the buns are palatable for a few hours after you buy them freshly made in the morning. The garbage they make now.isn't even good when it is fresh Awful, plastic like. No aroma, crust, texture and color are all wrong. Total garbage.had one bite.even though I knew it wasn't necessary.and threw that loaf out.
One Hundred years of traditional bread making thrown out the window. SHAME ON THEM!

For walking in late in the day, I was still able to get the last baguettes at this classic Windsor establishment.

I bet the food is great! No doubt in that.
But the service I received 230pm Sept 27th from one of the employees wasnt good.
I'll come by another day, hopefully her attitude is different.

Overall, some decent quality items.
Enjoyed the brioche buns, strudels and a few other small items. GREAT pricing and they take debit.

It seems that they do not continue making bread into the afternoon, so as they say here, early bird gets the worm. No really, If you go in the midday, there will be crumbs left. Just a few buns.

They did not disappoint! We were visiting my fiancé's family, and he was raving about Blak's, saying we had to stop by! So we did, and omg. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be going back next time we are in town!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and it was amazing looking and test so good and I love their bread as well

Was just there. All staff using bare hands to grab bread. Really? Time to get some gloves! And everyone still touching the glass to pick out deserts.
