We have only recently moved to St. Thomas. We researched blind companies before deciding to meet the staff at Blinds by Design. Sarah was our first point of contact. She is professional, friendly and always has your best interest in mind. We saw a variety of blinds and chose to have Zebra blinds made and installed. Nancy was the person that came to our home to do the measurements and make suggestions about colour and fabric selections. She was punctual, very friendly and helpful. Her time was well spent with us. Her efficiency was superb. Sarah gave us an estimate on lead times and she was spot on! Her delivery date was within a few days of the quote. Sam, the installer arrived on the appointed date, on time, very professional and capable. He also has a great sense of humour. He had all windows installed in a very short time, but his attention to detail was outstanding!
