I dealt with Chrystal to pick out a set of blinds for my daughters room. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. I placed my order and within 3 days I was was able to pick them up and they fit perfectly.

Quite happy with our experience from start to finish. The show room was well laid out and the instore staff were helpful. The gent that came to the house for measuring and then again for installation was professional and efficient. The only part I did not like was the overuse of emails/ texts in addition to the spam emails about sales/ product lines. Way too much. I will happily unsubscribe from it all and sit back and enjoy my new blinds.

Service from start to finish is five stars. I highly recommend Blinds to Go for your window covering needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide selection of coverings to suit your budget and style. My order from start to finish took a just under two weeks! Installation was scheduled promptly and the installers were excellent!

The blinds are made here in Canada! My only suggestion is and I would have given full 5 stars is that the Blinds to Go red label sticker shows in my window and it is does not come off nicely. Perhaps put it on the underside or use a sticker that peels off without leaving a residue. I was told to use a blow dryer and nail polish remover to take the label off. I also had concerns that the blind sits above the sill showing a gap. I followed up with Blinds to Go and was told that’s how they sit. I would suggest looking into this since it’s a custom fit and measured by their staff that this be reviewed and improved. The fit is fine if the cascade blinds are fully closed. The gap happens when you allow light filtering. See pictures. Overall a very good experience.

We had a great experience at blinds to go in Hamilton by lime ridge mall. We went in with a good idea of what we were looking for, but it still took some time to pick the right pattern/colour. Joana was very helpful and patient with us as we decided and helped hold the samples up to the windows for us. Our order was ready quicker than expected and fits our windows perfectly! Also love that you can order swatches online for free with fedex delivery to see the colours and patterns in your home! We LOVE our new solar shades! (Manhattan - white chocolate)

My experience with blinds to go was fine, was easy to put up but the slats easily broke. The clips at top are hard to get in place the slats don’t have any clearance. But Jennifer was a good sales person got my order in right away and everything was great

Jennifer, my design consultant was very knowledgeable and understood my design issues. I purchased cellular blinds for my French door (2 panels). I am pleased with the coverage, but frankly am frustrated with the “push up / pull down” action in that it requires two hands to ensure the blinds are perfectly lined up and not crooked. I guess it’s a matter of adjustment, vs pulling the blind up and down with a cord which is now prohibited.

The product looks good. However, my order with inside installation has a problem: the hanging head is too wide to fit in as it has been cut without leaving the spacing that has been promised. I had to bend the bracket hinges to barely slide it in without using any end nails, otherwise it will not be able to install.

Ordered blinds from this location which took a number of days to process. Went through measurements with someone and made sure the measurements were repeated to me. The measurements on the box are correct. The blinds are not manufactured to size. And we are not talking about 1/8 of an inch. I gave a 44 1/2" width and received blinds that are 31 1/2". Is this why blinds are so expensive? Because between customer sevice and production, they cannot get 2 simple measurements correct? Terrible experience.

Just to be very clear, my experience with the people at the Upper Wentworth store was excellent. The folks who work there are very nice and competent. It leaves something to be desired with the factory.

I normally don’t spend time writing reviews, but I feel it’s only suitable that I write one for this store. We have had nothing but problems with Blinds To Go. We ordered and spent about $1800.00 on six sets of cordless wood faux blinds here, and the first time we picked them up and began to install them, 2 were the wrong size and colour than what we ordered. Which is fine, mistakes happen. So we phoned to let them know, but the person on the phone argued with us and said they probably are not the wrong size and check again; we had already made it clear that we had double checked the sizes three times before we even made the phone call. They finally told us to bring them back. We drove all the way back (about a half hour drive one way), dropped off the blinds that were the wrong size and picked up the right ones about a week later. At no time was there an apology for the mix up. Later after we installed them, the ends of wands fell off days later on three of the blinds…we accepted this and just left it because didn’t want to drive all the way back again and make another phone call. Then, a couple weeks later, one of the blinds stopped working and wouldn’t lift. We once again drove there and brought it back and one of the sales ladies was very abrupt and short with us saying they cannot guarantee they can help even though we have warranty. Again no polite customer service or courtesy given, but they said they would repair it. We waited a week and got a call that our repair was back for pick up. We picked up the blind, installed it and it still did not work. Now we are waiting to hear back from Blinds To Go as to why our repaired blind is not repaired and we will likely have to drive there again. Waste of time, energy and money for blinds that we spent good money on in hopes we would t have to deal with issues. I do not recommend this store or product: poor product, poor customer service.

I had a strange experience at this store. I asked for quotes for three different products, and the salesperson said: ”I will give you quotes for two, just because it will be difficult for you to remember three”. She also was not willing to give me a quote for Roman shades implying that they are too expensive for me. When I insisted, she rudely pushed the samples book in my direction and disappeared.
After I chose a sample, I was waiting for her to come back but she never did.
Another salesperson approached me and helped me with the quotes. She was courteous and pleasant.
I still cannot get over the first one telling me that she won’t give me three quotes because it would be difficult for me to remember! I can’t believe that someone would be so rude and condescending.

Just left the store and no one greeted me or offered assistance. 1 employee was on the phone and was very frustrated with th customer. This location is poor and need to be shut down. I will get my blinds from Home Depot/ Rona or Lowes.

Osman worked hard all day to install. He did a great job!
Our kitchen shutters was made wrong so they didn't fit. They will need to be reordered and installed at a later date.
Kitchen and dining room shutters were made so when I need to clean my windows I cannot tilt them in to clean anymore. That should have been caught at the measurement stage.

Good stuff! I have used them a few times. Recently, am disappointed to know that their lifetime warranty is actually not lifetime warranty of their products, it's only good as long as you own them. Still a good place for monies worth.

Understand the warranty is not transferable, but, are the customers made aware of this condition when you mention that your product carries lifetime warranty? Plus are we told that if the product cannot be repaired under warranty, a new will be provided at a 50% charge?

Had issues with blinds not working less than 6 months after original purchase and without any question they were there to fix and or remove and repair / replace. The lifetime warranty definitely works! The blinds are far more superior than anything you buy in a local box store but are so much nicer to look at and the warranty is superb. We especially like that we were buying Canadian and supporting Canadian workers.

My partner & I are looking to get window coverings for our entire house. As it is a new build we came in with questions about shutters versus zebra/banded blinds. I was looking for guidance and insight of pros vs cons and the associate didn’t seem interested in helping us. I asked for her personal opinion of what she would like for a response of “it doesn’t matter what I like it’s your house. ” I left the store that day still not being educated enough to make a decision and I feel as a speciality store in window coverings the associate should have been more helpful and personable. Will be purchasing elsewhere.

From start to finish my experience was wonderful. Very helpful and informative staff. My order was ready in a month which is understandable with the current situation. I was able to have the blinds installed within three days. Very reasonable installation charges. I couldn’t be happier with the finished products! I will definitely use Blinds to Go again.

The service at the store was excellent when we ordered but after that, it was unacceptable. Our installation appointment was changed three times, and then the installer had to come back on three separate occasions after that because their measurements were off and then the factory made the wrong blinds, twice! Adam, the installer was a gem, professional and competent with great follow up and customer service. We left messages for the manager at the store on Upper Wentworth but had no response or apology for the constant mix ups and delays. Not your usual service Blinds to Go!

Very satisfied with the appearance however we needed to return 2x for the mechanics of one blind. The gaurantee seemed to be hassle free but took a long time each time. (4-6 weeks).

We ordered late july early August. One month wait for production but we were ok with that. Nothing available til mid September for installation. Unfortunately it was on our sons birthday. Asked for morning and received noon till 2. Then it changed to 1230 to 230. No one showed by 230. We missed an hour of our sons party. We phoned customer service and were told we would have to wait til end of September. We have no blinds in our bathrooms now as we removed the old ones and now have to tape paper so we can shower. Never again do we want to go here.

Order should have been ready 2 days earlier held up because of 1 blind not being sure if top mount or side mount. No phone call to check, and not following my instruction to do top mount. Drive to the store twice to pick up blinds couldn't even give me part of the order.

The service and professionalism is awesome right ftom the initial quote from the show room down to the finished product. Great selection of materials and colors. The man who took our measurements even suggested a way to save a few dollars. Special thanks to Adam who was in and put of our apartment in under 30 minutes. Sales team was nice in store but my experience was disappointing. My estimate went from $2,467.50 to $3,721.97 = $1,254.67,34% more than the original estimate. Now being charged $50 for them to take the measurements. Funny how the estimates are never $1,254.67 in the customer's favour. Blinds To Go shop somewhere else.

Reply to owner: Comp the $50 measurement fee so it doesn't feel like a bait and switch scenario. Happy to update my review if needed. Thank you.

Dealing with Blinds to go was an absolute pleasure. The salesman Archit was very knowledgeable ans patient with us, as we were unsure as to what we wanted. Took his time to show multiple options and priced everyone of them. Once ordered we dealt with the installer Keston, who was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even helped us decide to make some small changes, as he was concerned about our new windows warranty.
Overall, best window coverings experience We’ve ever had. Highly recommend

We never dealt with Blinds to Go before and a situation was such that we required help having some older mini blinds repaired. After checking with a number of stores, we phoned your company. They offered to take a look at the blinds and would see if they could fix them. Due to the fact we never purchased these blinds, we took them to your Hamilton Mtn. Only to find out they were purchased at one of your stores. Well, when they told us that there was a lifetime warranty on blinds purchased from your company, that took us by surprise. Not only will we purchase all our blinds from your company from now on, we are spreading this information to every we know. Most of my friends were unaware of your policy and were pleasantly taken back. Thank you for your help.

Experience with Blinds to Go was great. They prices matched and beat other quotes I had so I went with them. I love the blinds I got from them. I’ve had them for months now. Really good quality. I gave them 4 out stars as during the calculations of my totals it seemed like the manager was trying to charge me some extras here and there which I caught. She apologized and fixed the numbers but that shouldn’t have been done to begin with. It broke my trust and I’ll be extremely careful, and will calculate everything myself to make sure someone is not trying to pull a fast one on me.

Recently purchased blinds, 1 blind was not the right size and also had defects on the blades, another blind had a broken clip, and 2 others were still on order (this was the first time they came) second time: 3 weeks later our basement blinds were ready but came with a missing bracket, and when the technician came he was suppose to fix the previous broken clip which he knew nothing about. So he removed the blind that was cut at the wrong size and removed the other that had the broken clip and now has to order again. Now we are waiting for 2 more blinds and a replacement clip that is missing on the basement blind, extremely disappointing considering we paid 1000 dollars for shotty work, it's been almost 2 months and we are still with unfinished blinds and missing parts. I would not recommend this company at all, not worth the hassle.

I brought in a list of 8 windows that need blinds.first quote missed one completely.the second had 2 with width dimensions off by 10".
When placing my order on Monday March 15 I was told the order might be ready by the 19th. I received a text from your factory that thanked me for my order & you were working on it. I dropped into the store on the 19th & was told " no way.at least another week" Tuesday mar 23 Still no sign and I was informed of an indefinite Covid delay at factory. Thursday mar25 my blinds had magically arrived. My second order of a single blond was going to be "a week & a half" longer pushing it to approximately April 6th yet arrived in store on Saturday mar 27.

To summarize. I was impressed with the packaging & product is very high quality. I appreciate the fact that you provide quality mounting hardware & nice "CANADIAN" #8 Robertson screws! Your lines of communication are in need of streamlining.

Very nice staff from the show room to field installers. Disappointed with our installation as the measurements were off resulting in 50% installed and missing brackets due to another administration error by Blinds to Go. Waiting for a follow-up and confirmation of our 2nd install date.
From what was installed, the product looks very nice but overshadowed by our negative installation experience.

They take my blinds in everytime no issue with my lifetime warranty. Love it plus turnaround is surprisingly fast 2-3 days usually. I also get replacement parts no issue like plastic clips ect.
