I recently had the pleasure of purchasing blinds from Blinds To Go and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Hisika, the sales representative, was phenomenal in guiding us through the various options available. Her expertise and patience in explaining the nuances of each choice ensured we made an informed decision. She graciously addressed all our queries, leaving no stone unturned.

Fantastic service and really personal approach at the Keele location. I would say the most enjoyable dealings I had with any business in years. I will be always choosing this store. Also what an exceptional service from the installers. The measurements were taken fast and so well that my blinds fit with surgical precision. Installation was also less than than 20 min. I am one happy client - thank you for making my wimdows looks amazing. Also the pricing was good and nobody was trying to upsell me anything. Such a comfortable place to shop!

Terrible customer service and poor value.
I bought their top of the line blinds for many windows in my house. The room for which each blind was ordered was indicated on the order form and receipt, and in fact I paid for them to come and measure the windows. However they didn’t inform me that the blind I selected for the bathroom was non-washable. I only discovered this several months later, when it became stained with toothpaste. By this point, I was past the three month warranty so there was nothing I could do except live with it. Finally when required to post photos of my bathroom on a home exchange program, I realized the blinds were downright tacky and that replacement was needed. Despite all the documentation I presented showing their obvious error and lack of guidance, they refused to give me any discount other than the $50 coupon offered to everyone. Admittedly It was 10 years since I bought them but nonetheless I was stuck with the stained blinds within the first year of purchase due to the 90 day warranty. In the end, I found at Select Blinds, faux wood blinds of better quality than their’s, and at half the price. So go to Select Blinds online, with excellent customer service by phone. Forgot to mention that the message on Customer Service at Blinds to Go stated estimated waiting time was 3 minutes but that I failed to be answered after an hour. The only way to reach them is to request a call back, which also failed the first time but did succeed subsequently

From the moment of purchase the experience has been fabulous! From the sales to the measuring right through to installation the team was helpful, professional and just great to work with! Definitely will highly recommend Blinds to Go to many people! And most importantly, the product looks gorgeous! We are VERY happy!

Salesperson was great. Installer was great. Blinds look great. What wasn't great is the factory. One blind was missing & another blind was the wrong size. We already had to wait so long, & now we'll have to wait again for the missing ones. No one has followed up with us regarding these 2 errors either.

Didn’t like being told when I called that the blinds had arrived and they had to check when they were going to be installed. 2. Paid a lot for blinds but now need to get steps to pull it down.

We paid in full, and after 3 weeks and couple of days they told us it's ready.
When they come to install it they found that the factory mistake the width with the length.
The installer (Charly) tolled us he will put the re-order on the system, and they will send the once with the correct measures in 3 days.
After 3 days I called the store and they didn't know anything from the installer.
They did the order and told us it should be ready in 1 week. Today they told us they only have contact with factory through email, and factory doesn't reply. And we have to wait!
What a service!

Two out of four blinds did not fit and I have to they have to be remade. So that was disappointing. The other 3 Are lovely, but our house is older windows a bit crooked, buyer must be aware of that. So nothing is exactly as it should be with the blinds. But still they look nice

Very pleased with my replacement vertical blinds. They blend well with the existing material even though it is quite old. Not expensive and ready much faster than expected. Staff also helpful in discussing options for new additional blinds. Would certainly go to BTG again.

The store didn't ship my order to the installer because they had lost pieces of our order and didn't call to inform me, only found out when the installer called to say he hadn't received my items and wouldn't be able to install. The store did not contact the installer to follow up as I'd asked them to and I have been called only one time in this whole situation, the day they said they shipped the blinds to the installer (though lo and behold they did not arrive the next day and the store had no idea how to find the truck they were on). Almost a week later my order was "found" and sent to the installer, still missing 2 pieces that will have to be reordered, and will require me to take a THIRD day off of work to get them in. The independent installer has been great to work with, blinds look good and work well (the ones that have been installed anyway.), but I am deeply dissatisfied with the store itself. They have been polite and apologetic but no follow through on finding my order that they themselves "lost".

I'm super happy with my blackout blinds and rods from Blinds To Go. The design staff was friendly and helpful. When there was a bit of miscommunication about what was included the staff were understanding and absolutely came through for me. The installer was very kind & professional. The install seemed very quick and he made sure to explain about the work that he'd completed. Thanks BTG team! With your help, I feel more settled to my new apartment!

When it comes to purchasing window coverings, I always go to Blinds To Go at weston and Saint Claire West because of great customer service rendered. Harry the manager is excellent when it comes to customer satisfaction, he makes sure everything goes well from purchasing to installation. Yes I'll always recommend Blinds To Go for their great products.

Very poor customer service experience. They came to install the blinds and one was the wrong size (even when the company tools the measure).
It tooks 2 weeks for them to redo it, and again they do it wrong. They said that now I have to wait again… I will not recommend this company to anyone who expect a job well done.

I found the online ordering agent was not able to describe the differences in my options well enough for me to make choices. They were also not able to refer me to web links that may have displayed my options. Some language issues may have made this more challenging.

The in-store agent was fantastic. Each option was demonstrated and my order was quickly completed.

1 of my 2 blinds was the wrong size and colour. I suspect it was for a different customer. I was asked to drive in to return the incorrect blind, and then return when my correct blind arrived. I refused to drive in twice. Eventually, common sense prevailed and I was asked to return to the store once to pick up my new blind and also return the one in error. (Perhaps the other client with my blind agreed to visit twice.)

Rather than ordering easily online, I will now have to drive to the store twice. So, all in all, not the experience I was hoping for; particularly in relation to the probable profit margin on this sort of product.

Also turned out that my second, now correctly sized and coloured blind, came with the wrong installation kit. I was asked to drive in again, but refused. So the correct parts are now being mailed to me. It seems the staff aren't empowered to take responsibility for errors without the customer requesting it. Rating reduced from 3 to 2.

I'm afraid I won't use BTG again.

My husband and I recently had vertical blinds installed on our patio door. My whole experience, from measuring to ordering to installing, went perfectly and we are really happy! Definitely recommend Blinds to Go!

I was very happy with the service provided by Harry and Robert at Blinds To Go on Keele Street (Stockyards). They were attentive to my needs and efficient in finding the best option. The custom-blinds came earlier than expected and I was notified by text and e-mail. I would recommend using Blinds to Go to friends. I chose to install the blinds on my own and felt that the screws provided were too big for easy installation. I recommend using screws with heads that don't protrude so much. The buy one get one 50% was amazing value too.

Quick turn around and wonderful customer service. They made an error with the measurements and I was worried it would be difficult to have corrected, but they remade the blinds quickly and with no questions asked.

Save your money and go to the experts so that you do the job right the first time!

We just wanted some super cheap blackout blinds and for some reason we thought that going to Blinds To Go was going to cost us more than going to Home Depot, so at first we tried going the DIY route. Big mistake! We ended up wasting money on blinds that didn't block out the light as they should have, because we didn't take into account factors such as how the blinds hung, so they leaked light. And unfortunately because they were custom cut, they were not refundable (luckily we have a different spot in the house where we can use them, even though that wasn't the original plan).

When we went to Blinds To Go, Lynworth knew all the questions to ask us to make sure all the details were covered. Then on top of it all their quote was less than half the price of what I was quoted by home Depot for the same solution (199$ instead of 583$!) And they will even do the installation for 65 bucks, which we've decided will be well worth it to have the job done right. I wish we had gone to them from the start haha! Lesson learned. I definitely recommend them)
