I love the work, the installer was very quick and did the very good job and the stuff at blind to go are so professional.

Took about 6 weeks for blinds to finally come in and then get an appointment. One of the Cascade blinds arrived scratched and had to be retuned to be fixed. It has been now another 2 weeks without any window covering. No discount given for the inconvenience, just told a big fat we don’t do that. Not very impresses with the other window coverings either, looks like the material was not cut straight and there is a bigger gap on the right side vs the left side. Will not order here again and definitely don’t recommend.

Excellent selection, fast production, excellent installation, final product and result far superior to my expectations. Well worth the financial investment! Highly recommend!

It was a nice experience all over. From the store attendants to the technician that came home to take measurements and install them. They were all very nice, respectful and knowledgeable about their products. We had 6 blinds installed. They are all beautiful!

Very good service there, the salesperson we dealt with was informative but not pushy, and knew their process very well. The blind itself was easy to install, and works well.

Staff was courteous, professional and tentative to my needs. Received my zebra blinds one month earlier than scheduled and were also to my exact measurements. Looking forward to my next purchase for other rooms.

Blinds arrived and are very nice. Some scratches on the metal components but no one will see them. I think we're missing something as we can't figure out how to attach the wand and the instructions don't mention how to do it. Overall good experience and we'll be back!

We bought and installed new blinds in our new home’s family room and bedrooms. We had a wonderful experience with Ashley while buying in store and on the phone, she’s super knowledgeable and great to deal with. Lee came to measure and install our blinds and was absolutely awesome. He even made some great suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. We loved the end result - AND he saved us money. He’s the best.

Blinds came in quickly and installation was almost immediate. My only disappointment was discovering the depth and cut of my windows restricted the types of blinds I could consider.

I just recently purchased and had two motorized and two black out blinds installed from Blinds to Go and I absolutely love them!

The service I received was absolutely amazing. Tia came to my home and provided me with in depth knowledge on the product and it’s warranty. She was professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She showed me various different options to chose from. This made my decision incredibly easy.

I ordered samples which arrived within a few days and placed my order.

With in a few days Ryan came to measure my windows. Like Tia, Ryan is professional, patient and amazing at his job. He was in and out in no time at all.

Blinds arrived in less time than was expected which was great and Ryan came back to install them. He did so with such ease and perfection. He took the time to ensure that my wood floors were protected during installation and then proceeded to explain how the motorized blinds worked.

My whole experience with Blinds to Go was amazing. Customer service is top notch. Making appointments is seamless. I love the text/email notifications. Representatives and installers come at the time scheduled and are quick and efficient. In regards to the product. Love it! I really recommend Blinds to Go and Tia and Ryan.

Needed a fix to the hardware. They were quick to check it out. They called back in a couple of days all fixed and ready to go. Very easy and they were very polite.

The consultant at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism was around delivery. We were given a date of when the blinds would arrive at the store for pick up. Unfortunately there were significant delays but we were not notified. I had to keep calling to get updates.

We received excellent service from Ashley - she was knowledgeable and informative, not pushy and gave us space to discuss our options and decide for ourselves. Our order was placed Friday right before 7 PM and the blinds were ready within the stated 2 day period, on Sunday afternoon! Incredibly quick turnaround. The order was exactly what we requested and our new blinds look great! I would highly recommend purchasing blinds there (though with a lifetime warranty, we likely won't have to again!).

The Experience started off well. The serviceman (James) was amazing with the measuring the installation very professional real asset to the company. But the timing of the product being delivered was almost 3 weeks late. With no update no courtesy call so a little disappointed there.but I've been that can't complete

As soon as we entered the store, the hospitality was amazing. We've been needing blinds for a while, and the viarety was great- the silhouette blinds are so beautiful (serenity shade, Santa Fe XL, Snow Cap) ; we also bought Aire Wood Grain Driftwood's in the bedrooms, and they're so nice. Shouts out to Austin for helping us, excellent choice of taste, and to Lee for the gentle and respectful attitude, and the fast installation!

I purchased the blinds 21 years ago in the year 2000 from Blinds To Go. A few of the carrier clip/hooks on the track that hold the fabric vanes broke this year, in 2021. I called Blinds To Go to ask if I can purchase these carrier clip/hooks. The wonderful staff told me to bring the track in for service. To my surprise, they found the original receipt and they replaced the entire track at no expense to me. Remember, this is 21 years later. They truly stand by their lifetime warranty. I'm a very happy customer. I'm not associated with Blinds To Go or received any money to post this review.

The repair turn around time was a little long (1week). When we asked the staff how long it would take as we dropped it off, she said 2 days.then 2 days later, nothing, 2 more days later, nothing.until 1 week later.we finally got our shades back.

From the first dealings I had with Christine St. Louis at this BYG location, my experience was great. She spent the best part of a day go through all the possible blinds to cover our home, and also provided valuable insight on what would work and what would not. Blinds arrived on time and the couple of small hiccups we had were addressed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Christine and this branch.

I’d also be remiss if I did not comment on Lorenzo, the measured and installer. He was professional, efficient and attentive to detail. I was entirely comfortable having him in our home during the pandemic because of his respect to COVID guidelines and regulations. A real gentleman as well.

I have no hesitation in recommending this store and either Christine or Lorenzo.
