Blinds To Go

Bought a roller blind years ago. The pin on one end finally gave up. Though without a receipt, the friendly staff is able to look me up on the system and offer me the warranty coverage. Fantastic service!

A happy customer. They do care about the customer. My blinds have a little problem. I just called the salesman and they look after the rest. Fixed my problem in a good and timely manner. Thanks.

The 5 stars are for the service that I have received from Blinds To Go. Hani and Keith have shown unlimited patience to picky customers, like us, who ask many questions and are overly concerned about details. They are truly committed to customer satisfaction and are driven to finding solutions. The Manager was also helpful. I've returned a couple of times to purchase blinds from Blinds To Go. I've never had issues. Their products have lasted for many years and are still in great shape. But this time around there were quite a number of hiccups and issues. The blinds went back a couple of times. This would only be the fault of the factory. Despite this, I still think that the service was great from Blinds to Go and that having the help and guidance of a knowledgeable representative who works with you through this entire process, is priceless. It's better than buying from some other online based blind store with no brick and mortar locations. I don't like struggling to figure things out on my own while hoping for the best.

Ordered customized replacement blind vanes for only ~$5 per vane. Can't get these sizes in regular stores and the stores are more expensive.

We were loaned the store's sample book to match the blind to the room colours. Our order was ready ahead of time. It fit the opening to a T. Installation was a snap.

Made a purchase in early February 2022. Was promised by blinds to go, that my order will take 4-6 weeks to arrive and installed after being purchased. Order didn’t arrive until the 7th week to arrive.

When their installer came, blinds to go, provided him with the wrong product.

I wasted my entire Saturday afternoon waiting for blinds to go to come and try to install the wrong product.

When I called the manager (Jithin George), he said it will take another 3-5 business days to get my order remade and I will have to schedule another day to have the installer come back to get my order installed again. Therefore, having another day of my weekend go to waste.

This has now become an inconvenience for my family and I. This situation should only be a 4-6 week process, has now been extended to well over 8 weeks and I’m more than frustrated as I do not have any privacy in my home due to the fact that my home don’t have blinds.

My mom and I went to Highway 7 and Woodbine location. Greeted promptly by Guneet. She was extremely helpful in selecting the right blinds. Keith the installer was very efficient and neat, tidying up everything before he left. Wore mask. My mom was very pleased.

The installer, Keith, was excellent. The salesperson was a woman. I forget her name but she seemed sincere and patient. I will be going back for three mor blinds soon.

The blinds came within 3 days at the correct measurements. It was an easy install of good quality material.

Such a great experience, I was a little hesitant about the sizes and measurement which had me confused. But the employees were really helpful who helped me choose the right product and I couldn't be happier now. Dropped in to ask about replacement blackout blinds for my condo. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a set of their brackets to test compatibility of their blinds with my existing brackets. I'll likely get one small blind done to check it out then order all of the rest of it's good.

Good price for quality custom blinds. Customer service in store was friendly.

However, our blinds were missing the mechanized motor the first time the installer came. (Factory forgot to include it).

Roughly 2 weeks later, the installer gets the new parts and and we schedule a time for him again.

This time, the factory forgot to include the charger for the motor and we’re back to waiting.

I would still recommend this store, but keep in mind that the wait may be longer than expected due to a communication breakdown with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we weren’t offered any discounts for these delays.

However, that being said the blinds are perfectly sized, and the quality is still a step up over custom blinds from Home Depot.

I was so impressed with the store and its staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. So far I love the product. The gentlemen who installed them was quick and efficient. I will definitely be a return customer.

Installer was great had to pay in full before installer could pick up there was 3 mistakes on our blinds installer said they would look after in 2 to 3 days it’s been 2 weeks have not heard a word from store or installer. Don’t pay in full until job is complete.

Review revised as the next time visited after 2 years I got what I needed with respectful staff

Bought blinds with motors, not cheap, they were installed June 14 and had an issue with one. Installer came back two weeks later with part, but it was the wrong part. Left again to get a proper part.weeks go by. I went into the store to remind them after this.got a call from the installer he's waiting on a part still.that was two weeks ago.still waiting to hear from someone now well into August. Extremely unimpressed.

Person recommended for installation by store didn't show up because they called wrong phone number during appointment time.
