Bought a small window blind in Aug 2022, function has gone from bad to worse. The lifting string is defective and blind won't go up partway and takes several tries to get it to stay in place. Very very disappointed with the product.

Dropped off blinds that were damaged, new order. Staff questioned me several times saying that there was no damage, finally she saw the damage. Then started speaking to each other (employees) in their language, I told them it was rude. She smirked at me and I said it’s not funny.
She responded that’s my face. Didn’t say anything and handed me a receipt. I said oh thank you twice, before she replied thank you.

We bought a custom made blind for our main bathroom. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The order was ready before the date we were given which made us happy. We would highly recommend this location.

The sales person at the store was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The installer was very professional, polite and clean. The blinds were ready within the deadline. Very happy with the product, and the buying and installing experience. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at the location in Mississauga at Dundas and Winston Churchill with Shawna Sanichar. She was very helpfull regarding the products and process.

I will be more than happy to revisit the store when I have more window coverings to purchase.

I bought a motorized blinds from 3235 dundas st w, they told me I have a 5yrs warranty on the product. In less than one year there was already a defect on the blind With the light ray coming from outside. I went to the store to tell them about the defect and they said I have to pay $240 plus tax to the installers before they can fix it. This is a cruel intention from such a company,
Beware of the motorize blind, there are hidden fees if there’s a defect. Be warned! Here’s my Order No: 425386

Service was efficient and fast. Installation was clean and finished in a timely fashion. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they have to come back for a second install as one of the blinds was ripped and a shutter broke. But other than that Excellent service! Will definitely use again in the future!

This is my 4th purchase over the past 10 years and the help I got each time with choosing the type of blind appropriate to the room was excellent. (Baby’s bedroom, 2 bathrooms and kitchen). Also those who did the measuring and installed them were very efficient at their job. Excellent all over.

Two months after ordering two simple blinds to my apartment, Blinds to Go still hasn’t been able to complete the installation.
Installer came to the apartment with a missing part which three three weeks after initial installation still hasnt been manufactured and delivered.
UPDATE ON March 14,2023: Blinds to Go finally installed the missing piece, but with a wrong color. I called right away to request it to be fixed. Spoke to a lady, Kaylle, who said she would get back to me in 48hrs…its been a week. I followed up and got no response.
Blinds to Go will simply leave you to hang once you’ve paid.

Experience overall was good, our rep Mahwish was friendly and helpful and we were pleased with the selection. However it was disappointing that upon installation batteries were not included and we can’t use our blinds however it was resolved and they were installed the next day.

We received excellent assistance in placing our order and were walked through a variety of options with no pressure to choose one or the other. The communication around completing the order was excellent. The final product was delivered earlier than expected and turned out to be just what we were looking for. The installation was quite easy.

Blinds were purchased and had to wait a few months for them, but that’s not thee problem.
The day our order was to be picked up, I was informed one set of blinds was discontinued.
How do they wait till the day of pick up to relay that information to me?
Poor customer service on their end for that.
Only saving grace was the store employees who were friendly and understood my frustration. Picked up a new blind that didn’t match the other one in the room mind you, but was happy with it in the end.
Won’t be back though

My fiji bamboo blinds look like new. I will highly recommend this great Canadian company!

I had a great experience at the Mississauga blinds to go location. They made the whole process very easy. From sales to installation. Reem was very knowledgeable and professional. And our installer Charlie was great! The blinds also came much quicker than we expected. We are happy with the final results!

Order took well over 4 weeks to be ready (one blind) and when we finally got it, it was defective. We had to return it and now we have to wait again.

Absolutely fantastic looking. Will probably order the hub so i can set a schedule for them. Was hoping they would operate with my present automation hub but no luck.

This was our first blinds experience and it has been awful and nothing but problems. Our initial install date was 13 weeks ago and the purchase date another 7 weeks prior to that. We are about 5 months into the project and we still do not have one of our blinds that came damaged after waiting all this time. Communication has been terrible we were dealing with the manager at head office since noone else would return any of our calls to get status updates and have not heard back from her either with when we will be recieving our replacement blind for the damaged product. Overall very frusterating process, terrible service, bad customer service, we will never be using Blinds to Go again.

Excellent blinds. Easy to install and came earlier than the 5 weeks quoted. The only drawback is they are too expensive for what you get.

We purchased motorized blinds for our living area. Absolutely stunning, we are so pleased with the product. The process was easy and smooth. Shawlee Shiblee is knowledgeable, patient and great to work with. She helped us choose the colors, she sent us samples within 24hours, she was efficient, friendly and patient. Overall, I am well satisfied with my experience with Shawlee.

Right from the first video conference, Shawlee was amazing! She carefully walked me through the various options, and answered all my questions. I could tell from the get-go that she loves her work and wants to make sure her clients are happy. The installer was also fantastic, again taking the time to map out the important details that I would never have thought about until it was too late. Overall, a great experience - and I absolutely LOVE my new blinds!

Installer Adrian was also extremely efficient in measuring and installing. Blinds look fantastic and several this company has exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and their products.

I ordered 3 custom made blinds for my daughters room and when I picked them up, one of the boxes failed to have the hardware needed for installation. It is so annoying that I have to now go back and rectify this situation after waiting 4 weeks for the blinds to begin with.

Good experience. The sales agent I worked with was very helpful in showing samples and examples available in the showroom, and encouraging me to check them against a window. I wished there were some more options available for one type of blind I chose out of the two types I picked, but I was also limited to white or off-white showing on the outside because of my type of building. The installation process was painless and went well. I did have to have two out of seven blinds fixed for a defect on arrival (which I didn't discover until the installation technician left, so it was another month before everything was good to go). The process was a bit on the long side, but that's been the way since the start of the pandemic, so not bad overall.

After three months, my shutters have been installed and I am very pleased with both the installation and the look of the shutters. I received friendly and and real service in the BTG shop, and Omar, the installer, is very professional, friendly and patient. It was worth the wait.

The quality of the workmanship was deplorable; I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the finished product. All 3 of the original blinds that were installed were all retuned. When the new blinds were installed, 1 of the 3 had to be returned! The only positive comment I can make is to the very pleasant, accommodating employees who work in the store.

Great first experience ordering. Blinds came relatively quick despite the circumstances. Our rep, Mahwish was a pleasure to work with. We had a few issues that were beyond her control, and she addressed them properly. Installers were courteous, prompt and very professional. Left the house very clean after!
