Update: Thanks to my Design Expert, I now have my charger. Sharon L.went above and beyond to get it to me. Sad that it took me a year to figure out the BTG maze but my shades are working again and I'm beyond happy. Thank you Sharon!

Love my new custom blinds and the installation was done professionally and with care. Unfortunately, the charger cord that I was told would be included, was not. I finally gave up calling the sales representative and have visited the store several times. Cord never available. I am still without a charger. I was told to purchase an i-phone charger cord. I did. It does not fit. Sadly my living room blind is now no longer working and I assume my two bedroom blinds are not far behind. I feel very let down by Blinds to Go and very
angry!

I recently had vertical blinds installed on the enclosed balcony of my condo. What a difference these blinds have made, they look awesome. I have Holly Devoy, my Design Consultant, to thank for helping me choose the right style and colour. Not only does she know her blinds, she has great people skills, very easy to work with.
She made arrangements to have the blinds installed by Roberto Ong, who was very efficient and did a great job.

Difficult to give a balanced star rating. My experience in the early days of researching and purchasing were excellent. The customer service from the staff at the Kennedy Road location was exceptional - absolutely a 5 star rating! (Tatiana and Maria in particular) I give the same five star rating to the gentleman who came to my home to measure for the instalment (Jeremy), as well as the gentleman who came to install the vertical blinds (Nick). Unfortunately, the quality of service behind the scenes was not at all the same high standard. My order involved a valance, two tracks to go side-by-side, each with a 48 inch wand. On one of the tracks, the wand was disengaged from the pulley system and did not pull the blinds across the track. One track had a 48 inch wand and the adjoining track incorrectly had a mis-matched 36 inch wand…. And the valence was missing from the order! So disappointing. (None of this was the fault of the installer.) After chasing down the manager at the Kennedy Road location, he advised they would send out a service person. Not wanting a repaired product from the get-go, he agreed to make a new order for which I am currently waiting.
February 13… Epilogue. There was a quick response and resolution. Impressive!
The new order has been installed and looks great. Thank you.

Bought some roller blinds from them and it was a good experience. Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I found the ordering and delivery/installation process very flexible (e.g. Even though you book your window from 8-2 or 2-8, they're great about letting you request to come before or after a specific time within that window - very helpful for someone who works on all the days that they actually do deliveries!). The blinds look great too!

Expect it to take some time to actually get the product (a little over a month in my case) but that's pretty much every industry nowadays. It was worth the wait, so just plan accordingly.

Sales associates always so helpful and courteous. Had a patio door vertical blind installed 4 years ago. Over time one vane had broken from the header clip. I called and they helped with the replacement over the phone. I received an email invoice and then received texts with the status of the order. The following week it was ready for pickup. The package was so thorough to protect the one vane. It was the exact match and length!

The in-store shopping experience was excellent. Our representative Sarah was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. She offered us many options with plenty suggestions and recommendations.

I was kept informed of the progress via text messages I also received a phone call from Sarah when the order was ready for pick-up. The blinds were made available a number of days before the projected date.

The two blinds were well packaged. They were installed quickly to replace the existing ones in the room. They are of good quality, but they appear to have two small blemishes, hence the 4-star review instead of 5.

This is my second experience with Blinds to Go, and I will return again.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah, who helped me with choosing and ordering zebra shades for my newly renovated bathroom. She was extremely knowledgable and showed me all the different options for the shades I preferred. I'm so happy I went in because I was able to see the different fabrics and colours (it definitely makes a difference seeing it in person rather than online). Super happy with the outcome and the time it took to get it! Sizing was spot on, and quality was A+. Definitely recommend. Thank you again!

I received my custom blinds from blindstogo. They fits perfectly, and as expected they are in excellent quality. This is the second time i purchase my blinds here. I did purchase blinds 19 years ago and they still look as new. If you really need blinds, i recommend blinds to go for.price quality and service.

The customer service is wonderful, but the prices are insane. Select Blinds Canada is way cheaper and has quicker delivery times. Not sure why Blinds to Go thinks they can justify their prices, must be the fact that they have a physical store and increased overhead costs. If you can shop online, do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Select Blinds Canada has the same quality, cheaper prices, and faster delivery times. No reason to shop at Blinds to Go as they can’t compete.

Our experience is very positive from beginning-to-end, before we made the purchase, we asked around, similar feedback. So it is consistent throughout. Good job (sales consultant, manager and installer). After 5 and half years, some plastic hooks broke down, and today got some new replacement as promised, 5 stars again!

I am extremely please with my new blinds. My experience was pleasant from start to finish, ordering samples, placing the order, having Joel come out to the house to do the measurements, and finally the installation. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the blinds look amazing. Joel was knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you!

Very very difficult to clip in their own mounting bracket couldn’t feel my fingers after struggling to clip the back of locking tab (took me 2 hours for each blind to snap 4 mounting brackets). I was about to give up and bring them back to Blinds To Go. In my opinion the company should reveal on that model the clips the “Smartlift / Cordless Celluar. Maybe the round head of screws is the problem? I’m petrified if I have to remove them in the future for any reason I won’t be able to clipped them back. * Otherwise they look very nice!

I had a very frustrating and bad experience at this Blinds to Go.

The day I went into the store to purchase blinds, the associate Sabita was fairly helpful finding us what I was looking for. Upon putting our order in, she tells us the blinds will arrive around 20-25 days and to go home to confirm our measurements in case we had any changes by phone/email (even if we don't, they'll still put the order in with the measurements we gave in-store). We go home 10 minutes after leaving the store, confirm our measurements and called the store. No answer so we left a voicemail saying its good to go.

Come 20+ days later, we call the store to check the status of our order. The associate tells us our order has been put on hold because we didn't confirm our measurements. At this point, I am livid. We put a deposit down and was told it would be ordered even if we didn't call to change our measurements. We waited the whole time, but the store doesn't check their voicemail or think of calling us after we put down a deposit to see what's up?

Sabita was apologetic on the phone but didn't feel sincere as she was giggling while doing so like it no big deal.

They had our blinds rushed made and we picked up it a week later (a week later than promised). Upon opening it at home, our chain quality was absolutely horrible as the paint was clumpy and chipping off all over our floor. Was told we could get a new chain in a few days and they'd call me. Waited a week without a call so I had to call them.

I'm not one to bad mouth a store and their customer service but this is a special case. You don't make a customer wait this long after paying this much money only to barely apologize for your mistakes. Especially the few times I've been in the store, it has never been busy inside so there's no excuse why the associates shouldn't have time to return calls. The only positive thing I can say is the manager, Jithin remained patient and professional.

Great service and attention to detail. You don't just go to get blinds, but they will offer you proper professional advise and custom service.
As per quality and warranty, I have not had any problem ever with their quality or variety of products.
When my dogs destroyed one of the blinds, they actually repaired it for me at a fraction cost. Would totally buy here again.

We love the blinds and we did the installation ourselves, and it was relatively easy. We worked with Serry Solomon, who gave us advice and input about what we should purchase. We thought we knew exactly what we needed, and the dimensions, but after speaking with him he helped us come up with a better plan and we couldn't be happier

In 2018, I purchased aluminium blinds from Blinds to Go for my basement windows. Valance was not mentioned by the associate in the store, neither was hold-down brackets or intimacy feature or different weights (gauges).

I’ve shopped at the Scarborough store before. Sabita was knowledgeable about the products and offered good design tips on dressing up the blinds. There is a lot of choice so having someone walk us through the different products helped. We bought blinds for 7 windows and 1 patio door, The prices are comparable to other manufacturers but with the warranty and sale price, it made sense to buy from here. Sabita offered us a couple of swatches to make it easier to check out the colour at home. Measuring and installation was reasonably priced for the number of blinds we were purchasing. Good service and good quality products.

Installtion was fast & precise, although I was told it will take 5 weeks to assemble the blind, it took 2 weeks instead. I just hope there are more variety/selections.

I order vertical blinds for two window, one of them was wider by 2-3 m m.they easily break, very very low quality when you buy them on sale, i don’t suggest blinds to go for you. I have very bad experience, its not months but too much problem i am facing with the blinds.

I really regret using this company. The measurements were not done correctly and they are so very expensive. For a big company you would think they would know what they are doing! I got taken in by the commercial on the t.v. Do your research as there are many other affordable blinds and shutter places out there.

Great service from Asma. She was great and helpful. Give her a raise. Got 3 vertical blinds on March 17,2021 and was told the delivery was 1-2 weeks, ended up being 1 month, but Sars-Covid2 was probably causing delays for the factories building the custom blinds in Quebec.

I placed my orders (5 blinds) last March 20,2021 and nobody, as in nobody called me regarding the status. The first 3 were committed a week after which I picked up after 2 weeks since nobody called, one of them has a wrong size valance. The other 2 were backordered for April 10 and they were not able to fulfill it. I went to the store and was told that 1 of them is already in the truck but couldn't tell as to when it will arrive. As for the other 1, they couldn't tell anything. I demanded for a manager but the associate declined it despite repeated requests. She just told me that the blinds will be sent thru Fedex. Today, April 21,2021, still no word about the outstanding blinds. Blinds To Go NO MORE.
