We would like to thank Aditya at the Dufferin St location. He made our experience of purchasing and installing 31 blinds a very pleasant and stress free one. Adi provided expertise and knowledge of the products and services and was able to get them installed for us in a timely manner. We are happy with the choices Adi helped us make. We are enjoying the blinds we chose and would recommend Adi and Blinds To Go for anyone interested in new blinds.

We went to the North York Dufferin location in search of new blinds. We worked with the sales designer Aditya. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He understood the constraints of our budget and went through all the options available to balance price with design. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, and this was a very easy and stress-free shopping experience for us. The booking and payment systems were easy to use and transparent. The installer, Lorenzo and his wife came on time, and they worked very efficiently and answered all of our questions. They finished within 3 hours for 12 windows. A+ experience!

Mackenzie at your dufferin location was a pleasure to deal with, she took the time to show the vast variety of textiles and designs to fit and bring the look of the room together perfectly. She also was open to showing me clearance samples and different options to fit the budget, If you want someone who’s honestly and genuine approach the young lady with the smile and curly hair

I love my experience from this store. From the person who help me there (Jason). He made sure that, my husband and I are happy with our final decision. Charlie (the guy who installed our blinds) as well is very friendly and helpful. He explained everything that we need to know and he was very quick. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything

I ordered blinds and curtains for my entire condo 11 window treatments in total. BTG took longer than expected due to high demand with the BOGO sale, and the curtains were more labour intensive. When everything arrived one of the roller blind motors didn’t work and one of the curtain sets was too long - so these pieces had to be returned for repair. I am still waiting for the remaining pieces to be installed. Customer service called to follow up to assure me they will be completed within 2 weeks but I have yet to receive an install date. I hope they make this right - the products are excellent and the people are pleasant to work with.

We had a great experience at Blinds to Go on Dufferin. Mackenzie was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Moe did the measurements and installation and did a fantastic job.

Dealt with consultant Jason at Store 046 on Dufferin. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. It was a real pleasure dealing with him. I was trying to source a wand mechanism on behalf of an elderly neighbour and he got right on it.

Mackenzie was friendly and very helpful with suggestions and advice, and very patient as I made my selection.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am genuinely annoyed.

We were supposed to have both the living room and bedroom installed, however, both measurements were wrong. They only realized the measurements were off after the existing curtains were removed - leaving us with wide open window in the bedroom, with sunlight coming in. This obviously would affect our sleeps for the next weeks. Disappointing and speechless.

All in all, Mark does seem like a nice guy. He is definitely not the one at fault. We appreciate his patience and professionalism (can't say the same thing about other people). I do like the One Piece sticker though.

Our installer, James, was amazing! Super quick and left the place spotless after the installation. Very happy with our purchase. Thanks James!

We were given time to look around and found a horizontal blind that we were looking for. MacKenzie helped with our order. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I installed the blind myself with the easy to follow instructions.

Wish I'd done it sooner! Measurement and installation quick and smooth. Short turnaround time. Product works great and looks sharp.
