Blinds To Go

This is our 3rd time purchasing from blinds to go. Great service, great products, super fast delivery, Pablo is the best!

We had wonderful service from everyone. Gurpreet and everyone were very helpful and detail oriented and the blinds look amazing. Installation was earlier than expected too and our installer Chris was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with the customer service we received and products we purchased. Kajal was amazing! We had made a purchase back in February 2023 for the cottage bedrooms and recently made another purchase for the cottage living room. We didn’t have any hassles bringing one of the bedroom pull blinds back in for a fix to the tension. It was returned quickly and works perfectly. They truly stand behind their product. Service from beginning to end was top notch. We installed ourselves and it was very easy to do. Instructions provided were great. I know we will be back

In the first installation Tuesday, the double rods ordered were missing and till date I am awaiting installation of draperies for my main living room. I have been told they were misplaced in shipping and are now awaiting delivery at the Whitby warehouse. No follow ups were made with me. The onus was completely on the customer to call and find out what's going on with my order.

I reorder blind on Saturday was promised for 1 week, I received them in 2 days, they were perfect.

Recently visited the store in Whitby location. Purchased a customised blinds as per our needs and it fits perfectly and looks great. Great staff they helped us to understand the functionality of array of blinds which helped us to make a decision.

Top expensive and mediocre looking. I wish I had time to shop around coz 3.5 k for 5 windows is way too much.
They also need full payment and will not even book your appointment for installation even if you have paid half of the money already. It tells me that they have zero trust on their customers who are bringing them business.
Very money hungry.

Several options and good online costumer service. In store costumer service was mediocre, person could not find our order and did not communicate properly. Very awkward situation. Shades fit perfectly.

Good overall experience. It should be noted that in measuring the blind width, they do not account for the end caps. They cut per your measurement but when the end caps are added the blind is wider than expected by 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

I love my Blinds. Chris Quigg measured and installed and was very polite, answered any questions, quick fast service and I would use them/Chris again!

I purchased two sets of blinds for my bedroom. They were ready in two days. The only issue was one of them was broken and I had to return it. They fixed it and I had it back in a couple of days. All in all I was happy with my purchase and the blinds look beautiful.
Since this post we have ordered blinds for our living room and kitchen. They were easy to install (I did it myself!) and they look amazing!

I was so impressed with Blinds to Go! Pablo was very helpful in finding me a product within my budget. Their selection of blinds is huge! I ordered late Monday afternoon and my blinds were ready for pickup on Wednesday morning! I will never shop for blinds anywhere else after this experience!
