Definitely would not recommend- ordered blinds for our Babies room; experienced bad customer service and the quality of the product was very poor. Even after sending to have the blinds repaired, they had continued to break. We had to go elsewhere for a quality replacement! Advised company policy is no refunds on custom orders, but this doesn’t make sense when the issue is the quality of the product the company made, regardless if it’s custom or mass produced!

I always shop at blinds to go, Newmarket.it's always great service.and when I needed repairs done.there was no charge.

So far: the experience in the store with Polly was great; the installers were timely and efficient. HOWEVER two out of three blinds were damaged and couldn't be installed. One was damaged in factory as the box was intact. Makes me wonder what sort of quality control is in factory!? AND it's been two days and I haven't heard from anyone.you'd think a manager would call and apologize and provide a timeline for replacement. Customer service is not impressive.took my full payment no problem and then ignored.

We were very impressed by the team at Blinds to Go in Newmarket. We were a bit disappointed that we received an email asking to pay our balance and schedule an appointment to have blinds (4) installed. Did all of the above and waited at home during the time indicated only to receive a call to say we must reschedule. *UPDATE* All blinds up and running smoothly - thank you.

Service was exceptional. Friendly professional staff. Appointments for measuring and install were on time. Blinds look and work amazing. Highly recommend.

We bought blinds 7 years ago and we’re very happy with them. We recently got our windows replaced and the blinds don’t fit, when we asked them to cut them they said they won’t bc they are discontinued. The problem is now they have to go into the garbage, I said I would void the warranty if they cut them but it was a no go. Doesn’t make sense, they go into the garbage if you don’t try anyways so what’s the harm in trying? ! The environmental impact is disgusting.

I made a return of some faulty vertical blinds and upgraded, in the end I received a proper credit but it required some negotiation

Excellent experience with Blinds To Go in New Market. Very helpful with finding the appropriate blind for the window on my front door. Everything was done in a timely efficient manner. The installer was friendly and it only took a few minutes to install. Definitely recommend Blinds To Go hands down!

I would definitely recommend Blinds to Go. We had a great experience from Rylee our salesperson who was very knowledgeable and kept us informed to Ryan who installed our blinds. Ryan was very personable and professional. Our blinds look great thank you to everyone

Very disappointing experience. We ordered 3 blinds. One came wrong material and broken “seems like a leftover” the second blind came with the wrong brackets.
I phoned the store and placed a complain, the person on the phone asked me to take the broken blind down and return it with the installer. I had to spend 10 - 15 minutes explaining that these blends are for a bedroom and we just took out the old shades and it’s not possible to live in a bedroom with no shades until I get the new ones.
I sent some pictures to the store email and tried to call a few times to followup but no answer.
Nevertheless, the material I received so bad and I feel that I wasted my money in a very low quality and it wasn’t cheep either compared with other blind companies.
It will take a few more days “this what I been told” living with the broken blinds until we get the new ones.

Overall experience is so be, definitely not worth what I paid and will never use Blinds to Go again!
