My experience with this BTG store was exceptional.

From meeting with Sarah, whose friendliness and knowledge moved the project along quickly and efficiently to Adam, who did the measuring and Tom, who did the installation, the whole project is a roaring success.

I am very happy with the outcome, and I would highly recommend this group for any window project.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. The designer at the store was extremely knowledgable and helped me figure out my needs. She followed through on every part of the transaction. Those who came to measure and install were also extremely professional and pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the BlindsToGo Richmond Hill store and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. In particular, Sara, the store manager, and Bill I.provided exceptional customer support that exceeded my expectations.

Sara was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and providing me with the best options for my home. Her attention to detail was particularly impressive, as she helped me determine whether blinds on my doors or windows would be the best fit, and even went so far as to consider which side of the chain would be most convenient for me based on the location of the clamp.

We were assisted by Sarah to get a blind for our patio sliding door. She was very helpful and had a lot of info and suggestions for us and instructed on how to take correct measurements, etc. Thanks again!

For the worst customer service & the most expensive prices for very normal fabric, you can go there otherwise I’m not recommend them at all They refused to tell you the price also they want to get all of your personal information by force to give you the price of 1 inch of fabrics even if you give them your name & email they will not give you the price! They need all your private info how ridiculous! It’s good to know for them to know that the customer should know the price before they decided to buy or give them any personal info definitely you should change your way in helping customer, we didn’t buy anything from them because the bad behaviour, also we find out some prices generally & that was super expensive You can find better deals in other stores… or Amazon I hope this review help the others a lot in deciding where to go to have good experiences.

The Installer was unable to complete the instructions as the person who did the measurements had indicated it could be done. He was professional about it and indicated he would return on the weekend to complete the install as promised. That issue aside, the blinds do not function as expected. They do not collapse uniformly with each of the four blinds having a different slant. I feel as I have disfigured my room. I am very disappointed.

The prices are way to high for blinds. Even to Install them are to high. Found the exact same blinds on Amazon with hardware included for half the price. I don't mind paying for service and products but why do I Have to pay so much. It pays to shop around.

I needed vertical blinds for the cottage and after a previous purchase from blinds to go I was certain I’d find what I was after at a good price point. Ofcourse I did find exactly what I was looking for and at a great price point. The turnaround time was faster than expected and the service in store was excellent. I am very happy with my purchase.

Order 177080, purchased from Richmond Hill store #49, after a month waiting for manufacturing I was excited to receive new blinds for my windows, I removed the old hooks and curtains' rods for installer to install the blinds, when he opened the boxes which he picked up from Newmarket store #56, the vanes and brackets for the vertical blind were missing, the chain of one of the Cascade blinds was broken, he left, job unfinished, my patio door and one window without blinds and even hooks to hang something temporarily, I called store 49, left a message for the design consultant, they did not bother even call me back, I called installer, he said he returned blind with broken chain to Newmarket store and informed them of missing vanes for the vertical blind, I called store #56, the lady told me she put order and does not have ETA when the products coming back, after 10 minutes discussion she accepted to send installer to install temporary paper blinds for patio door and one window until the missing and repaired products come back from the factory.the above story suggesting that "blinds to go" has no quality control what so ever, they even do not know what is in the box sending to customer, the installer was nice guy and he apologized, but it is not his fault, while "blinds to go" got the full amount of purchases cost, I do not have my complete product, no body knows when they will be ready, there are many factory out there with better quality control and better customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, DO NOT BUY FROM "BLINDS TO GO"
