We had great experience with Blinds To Go (267 Davenport Rd) from our sales/design consultant Maria Lorena to measurement by Jeremy and finally, installation by Jonathan. Excellent customer service and quick installation.

This is by far the best blinds company around. Super happy with my solar shades which are motorized. What makes this location stand out even more is that they will send for repairs any malfunction! Got my repaired blind back in 2 days! Good as new!

Do Not Recommend!

I used shop at home service Jackie Brown in April for shades throughout my condo. I was apprehensive that full payment was required before installation and sure enough there were problems. The shades arrived quickly but the white solar shades went yellow/gold in daytime and the bedroom blackout shade let in more light than my previous verticals with larger-than-should-be uneven gaps on the sides. She didn't return my call until customer service contacted her at my request. She told me the shade might be defective (I knew it wasn't as a store told me she should know they turn gold) and sent the installer to take a shade for return to the factory. After more chasing she finally agreed on an exchange and I went to a store to get better information. A month later I was still calling, texting, emailing and getting excuses. Customer Service was ineffective, just circling back to the Rep each time. After getting nowhere even with a higher level Customer Service Rep I sent an email to her and Jackie's manager threatening action. Only then did I get a reply from Toronto West manager - no apology but she sent her colleague, Sara Sanderson, to visit me. She was everything the consultant and her manager should have been. Apologetic and working with me to come to the best solution. Unfortunately when the new products were installed the remotes didn't work consistently and the motorized den and bedroom shades were 'jumping'. At this point Sara sent the Head of Installations who had the necessary skills and a switch was made to manual pulleys which I didn't want but had to compromise. Final resolution close to 5 months from initial order, along with aggravation. I would not use Blinds to Go again due to the problems with the product, installations, design consultant, and customer service. Sara and Konrad were great and I requested & received a small amount of compensation but in hindsight wish I'd purchased elsewhere.

Blinds to go was recommended by a friend, the customer service was wonderful, installation was super quick and the price very reasonable. Purchased 4 roller shades for 4 new windows and couldn’t be happier.

This review is specifically for two individuals that were extremely helpful during the entire process. 1) Maria Rivera from the Scarborough Location. She was absolutely a treat to deal with. Very helpful every step of the way to ensure we'd get what we want. Was very accommodating with the prices.

2) Installer: Chris Q. - Very helpful during installation process. Very informative and made sure everything was set up to our liking. He went above and beyond and even called the store to make sure everything was done properly. Would highly recommend his services. Great service overall.

I’ve always been going to your store. It’s been a while and I went to the one at Avenue Road and Davenport. Amazing customer service and email updates on my order - the roll down blinds I bought are excellent. One of them has a one inch tear in it. Not a big deal. It’s behind my desk. I’m going to take it back to get a replacement. These things happen. I will still always use your services. Your staff is very skilled and very friendly.

Blinds to go has horrible customer service
- had to pay for an installer to come and assess why my remote access blind was not working, but it was still under warranty
- the installer came with out a charger so I had to find mine to rule out if it was a charging issue with the blind
- the installer returned a few weeks later with a new motor in the old blind, but the motor was smaller and the blind no longer fit
- the installer took the blind and told me someone would call me for reinstall but I would have to charge the blind when I get a new one
-no one called
- called the general number and left a message 2 x last week and no one returned my call
- spoke to someone today, the said that the store has been trying to call the installer but have not heard back from him
- now waiting to hear back to how this will be resolved

They clearly don't care about their customers or reputation!
If you can afford Hunter Douglas blinds - go that route, it will save you so much time and energy

Our consultant, Ana, was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Our installer, Moe, was terrific. He was quick, clean and pleasant.

Horrible installation service, of the blinds we ordered, two panels were for the bedroom. It took them 3 installations to date over the span of 3 months, and somehow they still haven’t managed to install the right parts, leaving much larger pieces that’s visibly obstructive. For the price paid, you’d at least expect to have matters like this resolved in a timely manner, somehow we fail to get customer service when we need it.

Blinds are 1.5 inches apart letting in light from any angle except if looked at from the front. Product came bent and dirty out of the box. Absolutely not worth the steep price.

Ana was excellent in all aspects of my purchase but most of all getting the exact product i needed therefore I would recommend their expertise & most certainly will be a repeat customer

These guys took good care of me. I had to wait a couple of weeks for my blinds, but that was still quicker than what others offered me. Many thanks to Yash for being attentive and making sure I was well looked after. Very good experience

Was not happy with the entire experience. My drapes are about 1 1/2 inches too long. The installer was very unprofessional quite rude and seemed very anxious to leave without installing my drapes. He did not EVEN TRY. Came to my condo without a ladder, as I had to ask him to please go back to his vehicle and bring his ladder. He finally brought his ladder, just quickly checked my rod without even trying to install the drapes. I even said to him that the rod is held up by brackets which are attached to the concrete ceilings
and is very strong. This man appeared to be very lazy, very unprofessional. After he left, my Manager came to have a look at the rod, and was able to install my drapes. They are hanging perfectly on the rod, as the rod is held up by 3 brackets, which are attached to my concrete ceilings. Very strong and will not fall down. I have photos to prove the effectiveness of the installation done by the Manager of my building. I also have witnesses in this terrible situation. This entire ordeal has caused me undue stress and much inconvenience. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the installation, which was left undone.

Nice blinds, fair prices, installation was excellent but the communication between the stores and myself was terrible.
First store I visited (Scarborough) took forever to get back to me and quoted me a cheaper price for installation, plus they said I could finalize the order online or on the phone, which I found out I couldn’t after they finally got back to me.
I went to a different store closer to me and ordered from them.
This took way too long to get done because of the sloppy communication I.e email and text messages.
I won’t be shopping from them again and I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Our drapes from Blinds to Go were with sun block attachment as advised/recommend by Mary Ann the Manager.
They were very well manufactured and perfectly installed by Mohammed [Moe] who’s a perfectionist!
We have requested Mary Ann to have him return to our condo to straighten/organize our 11 blinds that were installed by another installer.
We will pay for this service.
I think these were the first electrical blinds that they had installed.
We look forward to finally have our new home window treatment completed after one and a half years.

From the selection of the right blinds, at the sore, to the organization fir measurements, order, communications, installation and product, I was satisfied.
I was hoping for slightly more economical pricing.
I am over all a happy customer.
Pleased with the technicians for measurement and for installation.

Mo, the installer, surpassed my expectations. He was professional and experienced and did an excellent job.
