Exceptional customer service at the Kanata location. Raquel has so much knowledge and was so helpful and patient with us newbies putting in blinds. We couldn't believe how quickly they arrived and they were marked so clearly. They are up and fits perfectly and look amazing!

The sales lady Alisha was/is very great to work with. She was very welcoming and kind and would call to follow up.

Our issue started with the materials for the patio door. The material is of poor quality and doesn't feel as great as the ones in store. The blinds for the patio door you have to guide or it just looses form and looks slant.

The edges of blinds frey easily and began to get stuck in the mechanism and now we are noticing tears. We spoke to the store and they said we should have called way earlier and that we are out of warranty. They said to replace it is another $700! We are disappointed with the response!

These blinds cost us thousands of dollars.

I definitely won't be purchasing blinds here again! I am only giving a 3 star because of the sales agent - Alisha, else it would be a 1!

The quality of the product is amazing but the customer service at kanata branch is horrible. The employees were treating me as if am not a serious buyer and they were avoiding helping me. They told me that someone will call me again to take the dimensions and I haven’t received a call from them for a week. I called Saint Laurent branch and they were amazing, they sent a designer to my house and he helped me and I placed my order. If I was the owner at kanata branch I would fire them all. Again the quality is amazing and this is my second order so far. I’m ready to speak to someone in the management just to tell them what they did. Awful customer service!

Alisha greeted my husband Brian & I when we walked through the door. She was friendly and very attentive to our request.

Our order was completed and ready for pickup at the time frame given.

Communication was excellent and our blinds fit perfectly and are exactly what we requested.

Measurements not made correctly by Blinds to Go contracotr. Infinity cascade blind doesn't close all the way due to that. Poor job. Will not come back

This is regarding order # 316584. We are quite disappointed at their "lifetime warranty". The lifetime warranty is non-existent as the blinds we bought 5 years ago started to tear and the warranty was declined by the store associate. The store explained that the warranty only covers the casing mechanism and not the blinds themselves. So they're telling me: Blinds To Go, a supposedly reputable BLINDS company does not warranty their blinds!? !? So this "lifetime warranty" is pretty much useless. I had blinds purchased from less expensive places last longer than the ones from Blinds To Go. For our blinds lasting only 5 years shows the poor quality the materials are and we paid a premium amount from Blinds To Go. We expected the quality to be better than the competition but quality proves otherwise. The only reason we originally purchased from Blinds To Go was their "lifetime warranty", but their "lifetime warranty" is useless as it doesn't cover the most important part of the blinds: which is the blinds! If we knew about this non-existent warranty from the start, we would have purchased from another company. At least other companies are upfront with their warranties.

Followup: It’s funny that you are saying “The only thing not covered is the material itself”, because your website said otherwise. On your website and on the pamphlet given to us when we purchased the blinds, it clearly stated Lifetime Warranty on MATERIAL and Workmanship. So if you are saying that material is not covered under the warranty, is that false advertisement? Wear and tear after only 5 years of usage is laughable. If you think that is normal, then that’s more reason not to choose Blinds To Go. And yes, we do have the original paperwork with the warranty information.

Ordered 3 blinds for bay window. Has sales person come into home to see the windows. Ordered and had installed. (They came in early) They were installed and problems began. After having installer back in house for longer than original install, we are still left with these issues, Edges of blinds Frey easily, bottom of blind curling up, bottom finish is very cheap (not what was shown as sample) blinds you have to hold all the way up and keep straight or they will be crooked. Installation guy took multiple tries to get them straight up and level and he said that's the way these blinds are (smart stop cordless), that was not explained to me when I paid $1000.00, that it would be work to raise the blinds and keep them level. The sales rep and installer don't understand each other. Alot of false promises and poor quality. Wasted my money.
