We had an awful experience with Blinds To Go and will never repurchase from them. All blinds arrived with missing parts, some of which we still have not received several weeks later. I have had to both contact the store and drive to the store on way too many occasions for one simple order - and our issues are still not resolved as of writing this review. As for the quality of the blinds, they are fine but several of them arrived with pen marks and scratches that cannot be removed. Blinds To Go needs to seriously improve their organization, customer service, and their quality control mechanisms. Very disappointed.

We started at the store on Hunt Club where Halla was extremely helpful. Then Cheena Cottrell came to our home with many, many samples and much wisdom about what would suit our windows. As a result, we put in an order and are hoping that everything else goes just as well.

The newly designed attachment for blinds do not allow enough space for the rear clip (screws are too large) when using inside location and rear holes for screws. A round head or flat head screw would work.

The wait was two weeks instead of one, as I was told when making the purchase, otherwise everything was great. Good customer service, in the store, good installation service.

Excellent sales staff offered many options and explained benefits to all. Installation was superb and quick! We were shown how to work our new blinds. Amazing experience.
