It was my first time going to Bloomingtails and I wasn’t quite sure how I wanted my dogs hair cut. They were very helpful when I dropped him off with guiding me on what I wanted done. When I picked him up he looked great but the ears weren’t quite right for my liking. I mentioned it and they took him right back and fixed him all up for me! Great service and super friendly staff!

The best groomers in London! Bloomingtails always takes amazing care of our dogs and does a great job every time! We had a dog who could be a little salty with people at times, but the awesome groomers at Bloomingtails were always able to give him a stylish ‘do. Thank you for everything you do!

My dogs always look great after after their appointments with Bloomingtails. There is a quick consultation when I drop them off on what I’d like done and I am given a clear explanation from the groomers on what they can do for them during the appointment. The staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable leaving them there in their capable hands. Both of my dogs willingly run through the door when we arrive each time, which is a clear indication that they are always treated well.

To remove the matted hair it doesn't need to remove all the hair on zero and the face doesn't has matted hair.as well we takeing care about lily's safety more than anything else

I've taken my dog to Bloomingtails Pet Boutique before and they always do a good job. However, this time my dog was matted so I took her there. They told me they will have to shave her very short in order to get rid of the matted fur, I told them not to make her bald and trusted them. When I came back to pick her up, they literally shaved her completely bald, not short, BALD, and only kept her tail the same. I literally didn't recognize my dog when I picked her up. She was a fluffy cockapoo when I dropped her off and looked like a Doberman when I picked her up. I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken and will never take her there again, not even to trim her nails.

Worst service and worst place ever, we went in to groom the dog and we strictly told them to not make the dog bald and shave everything, yet they did that without even informing us, took them 4 hours and charge us $200 for absolute trash service

We have taken our goldendoodle to bloomingtails for over 5 years, and they have never been anything but professional and nice with us and our dog. We trust them completely to give our dog the haircuts she deserves, and works with us when she gets matted to ensure she is cared for appropriately. Highly recommend!

We have a shih tzu and golden doodle we take in once every 2 months or so and we've always had a great experience.
Our dogs aren't scared going into the store and are excited to see the groomers.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and consistent in their hair cuts!

Our highly anxious maltipoo, Timber always gets the best grooms here. They all take care of him and give him lots of love. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Shop has plenty of treats and supplies as well. Thank you team for your hard work, although he may be nervous at times; I know Timber appreciates your hard work too in making him feel fresh!
