I stopped by this place morning and I never saw such unhappy miserable face in my life. I’m really happy they couldn’t see me because if the rest of the staff was like the receptionist I would have been in trouble. DON’T GO HERE!

Walk don’t the street instead. I would recommend the X-Ray imaging centre on Bathurst/Bloor. 8 min walk from this place and the staff were friendly and amazing from start to finish.

Today was my first time visiting this clinic and I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

I have limited mobility and Maria was extremely helpful with the doors. I really appreciated her assistance.

Almas was the sonographer and she did an amazing job. She was very patient and very kind.

Quick service. Technician was very polite. I did nearly 3-4 ultrasounds (on Saturdays) due to my work schedule. Accommodated very well.

My 15 year old son went in for an ultrasound on his knee yesterday. The technician asked him to turn left, now being that he was getting his knee scanned he turned his knee left. The technician then told him no your body. She then followed that with ‘don’t you speak English? ’ I have no words to sum up how angry I am that my 15 year old was treated less than because his skin is not white. What makes matters worse is that the technician is a brown woman. Do better when hiring your staff!

Staff here are extremely friendly, personable and accountable. The ultrasound technician in particular is amazing with her patients and always has a smile on her face which makes these appointments that much easier. Thank you for a such a great experience each and everytime I am there for my ultrasound appointments!

Was able to get an x-ray in less than 20 minutes on a walk in appointment, super nice staff as well, would recommend!

I arrived at the clinic for a chest x-ray. The receptionist was warm and immediately helpful and clear. Technician was also friendly and direct. I found the service to be good and efficient in this clinic and would recommend this clinic to others.

These people were great. They were so friendly as well as professional. The waiting room and all through the whole place was clean and bright.

I booked an appt for my ultrasound. They were very friendly. They were on time and didn't wait long for my xray after my ultrasound.

I've never had a problem here. The front desk girls are very efficient. The ultrasound technicians are friendly and helpful. If you show up on time and be patient, everything will be alright.

They took us earlier than the appointment! The person at the desk was very helpful and the technician was amazing. She is so gentle, kind and encouraging! I would highly recommend this location.

Courteous, efficient service on a walk in basis. Some times of day may be busier but I had a very short wait. X-ray technician was also pleasant and made the experience comfortable.

The radiographer is so incredibly nice. I've had X-Rays taken three times and each time I've left asking myself why all medical technicians couldn't be as gracious. I've also had an ultrasoud here. On time and efficient although not as personable as the X-Ray tech.

Worst clinic. Don't go even if you have urgency or emergency.
I had got ultrasound done here and the doctor told me the images were not proper and the ultrasound he advised was not followed.
The staff is rude.

The worst experience ever!
The receptionist was very rude and gave me wrong directions, and no apologies. The tech who did Ultrasound for me was so rude and rough as well.
I DO NoT recommend here at all!

These souls have terrible time management and communication skills.

VERY classic eastern mind-set with management of their and other people’s time and scheudling.

I’m actually writing this while IM STILL HERE WAITING TO BEEN SEEN (after making an appointment time) AND NOONE IS IN THIS OFFICE.

It’s been more than 40 minutes.

Excellent service. Took off one star because they need to install an auto opener for disable patients. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Made an appointment, was asked to come 10 min earlier, which I did. After 15 min of wait, being with a newborn baby and no one else in the hall, I asked when I would be served. In response I heard I had to wait for 20 min! Why do you schedule appointments and then make people wait for 30 min? Total disrespect to patients!

I went in for a regular abdominal ultrasound. They tried to insist that I have a trans-vaginal ultrasound in addition to the regular ultrasound. I have a medical background and ended up arguing with them.it wasn't on the doctor's order and I had just had a TV ultrasound a few months prior. It's places like this who scam our health care system in order to make a few extra dollars. Shame on Bloor-Christie X-Ray!
