I have had a great experience with Dr. Kostirko and the friendly staff at Bloor West Smiles. Dr. Kostirko competently explained every step of my procedure (all-on-four implants), and although I was VERY nervous, the staff and Dr. Alexandre took excellent and compassionate care of me.

Every step was explained, and everyone who assisted reassured and supported me throughout the procedure.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the results - and I highly recommend Bloor West Smiles for anyone who needs dental care.

Must say I am deeply disappointed with the lack of knowledge related to Dr. Kostirko failed to resolve my root canal issue. 1 year after my operation, and a large chunk of cash, infection and pain not to mention he cracked the tooth. Even if i gave them another opportunity to exam this tooth nothing can be done. Poor choice in Dentist.

I am a new patient who just recently discovered Dr. Kostirko and his team. I had a crown that fell out with its post. I thought I will need an implant but Dr. Kostirko saw a way to build a new post and installed a new crow for me. He did an amazing job, he is fast, direct, and professional. I am very happy with the result. The staff was so nice, and all interactions made me feel that I am in good hands. Both my wife and I have been going to Smiles for the past year and have had nothing but exceptional service from this dental practice. I had an emergency visit yesterday after a tooth cracked the night before, they got me in very quickly and were able to save the tooth! Best dental office in the city! They actually care about thier patients. Not just while you are at the office, but checking up on you after you have work done. The staff are phenomenonal and so friendly and helpful with everything! The doctors are amazing. They are knowledgeable and actually do what is needed without extra pressure tactics. They care! I've been going to Bloor West Dental a long, long, long time. The staff - all the staff - are really great. I like getting reminders of my next appointment and they are very accommodating if I have to reschedule. One time I had a gum infection. They took me right away and got some antibiotics into me. I highly recommend their services.

Recently moved into the area and visited Bloor West Smiles, a great place to have your dental work done. His hygienist has always been gentle and cleaning appointments are absolutely stress free. Not to mention the rest of the staff made paperwork a breeze.the text reminders are helpful.

Three dental implants and several fillings, root canals and restorations later, I can honestly say that I have never felt as appreciative as I do of Dr. Kostirko and his team. I highly recommend Bloor West Smiles Dentistry! The office has a nice welcoming vibe. Professional, kind and very accommodating reception staff makes any dental appointment run smoothly. Dr. A. Kostrirko is extremely knowledgeable and caring dentist. He uses individualistic approach and performs variety of complex procedure. He was able to fix a poor work from other unprofessional dentists and completed everything in short period of time before my wedding.
