Excellent service. I came a bit late and the staff was very kind and helped me submit my application despite being after their closing time.

The staff is doing a great job in serving the Indian community. The staff is willing to provide assistance with prints, if needed. I was there today and encountered another customer arguing over appointment and wait time. The incharge lady dealt with him very patiently even when he was wrong.

I applied my OCI today, (walk-in on a Thursday). The service provided by Agent “DEEPALI”was outstanding. She was very polite, kind and very courteous experience. I really appreciate her service provided.

We had a very nice experience contrary to what people have expressed! Went to surrender Indian passport. The staff were very courteous and the entire process went very smoothly.

One of the best services we got today when we visited BLS office in Ottawa. Staff and officer were excellent, very knowledgeable and cool. Keep going.

Thanks all the staff of Bls kindly. The lady in charge was respectful and kind to take charge and all other staff members are equally polite and well helpful, great staff member’s and keep up great ottawa spirits. We are still a strong welcoming indian community and very proud to see it.

You may need to increase your office occupancy soon I guess.

Not related to Bls but On future related change side the Indian government should make some payment form online or debit, instead of demand draft traditional ways and make more online submissions possibilities of few other documents. For some it can be a complex form to fill out

The purpose of our visit was to surrender our passports. It was a quick in and out process within 15 minutes. All members of the staff are very helpful and respectful.

Officer Deepali was very helpful and verified the application and documents very carefully. All the staff till date have been very helpful. The services are in a very timely manner.

Things need to change in bls ottawa. The old lady working there is so rude to people and have no respect to humanity. The other staff were good to accommodate us with service.

I applied for 3 OCI's today, (walk-in on a Thursday). My wait time in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes! I must say, the service provided by Agent Twinkle was outstanding. She was polite, considerate, and offered a very courteous experience.

Prompt service if you book your appointment in advance. Helpful staff who try their best to help you navigate the immense amount of red tape that India is renowned for.

WORST customer service, wish they hire people who are a little more considerate. Just trying to find faults in something which is not even mentioned in the checklist. The Manager needs some serious training in customer service.
