I went with online appointment and Namrata on counter 10 helped me. She was polite, and had great attention to detail verifying my form. I had to get in house form filling service due to an error. For the in-house form, I had to wait more than an hour, which I feel could have been completed faster.
Overall, she did a great job.

It’s just a scam going on there. The first thing they do when u enter is find mistakes and tell u either come back again or get it done from us with $60 plus tax for application and $1 per page for printing. On the top of it u don’t see any dates for appointment and this way they stress u out standing in queues for 10-14 hrs and then coming back again. The security guy tells that we have 340 appointments per day. OMG! They are open 8-1: 30 that’s 390 minutes and they book 340 appointments, however we never see any booking slots. I have already reported this thing. I would want all the sufferers to complaint so that we can stop this scam.

Greediness at it's next level. They just want you to pay money for everything in fact even for breathing in their office.

I have attended BLS Brampton location on July 24th 2023. I was helped by Baljeet who was working on counter#2. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and having positive attitude. I would like to thank you Baljeet and BLS for hiring good employees. I wish her good luck for future.
I also like to recognize the security guard who was doing the crowd control at the front door. The security guard has done an excellent job.

This is place is extremely professional. They are empathetic to the applicant. Mayans was kind and helped us navigate a very challenging process. I would highly recommend their services.

Namaskar, highly recommend to book an appointment. Walk in is not guaranteed unless its a quite day which is very rare. They're always busy.
Our application was handled by officer Baljeet very polite and professional. Her voice was very clear. Security guard was also good.

It's been more than a month to get refund of the payment which I made for courier service but looks like BLS is not interested at all to process back the money. I'm sending them email almost every week and getting standard answer "Please allow us time till 7 working days to get credited " (received on 17th Sept). Escalated this matter too but that was closed without doing nothing. Let me know whom I need to contact further.

Had to go for citizenship for grandparents. The waiting time for an appointment is in weeks, they only have walk-in for 1 hour, and don't clearly specify which documents will be required or any other variations that may work as well. When we called they said that this and this would be enough, when we went they told us we required some additional stuff as well. If they needed those documents, they should've specified earlier on the phone. No consistency in answers when questions are asked.
Plus the staff is really slow, they just chat within themselves and half of them aren't even working at the counters during the busiest hours!

2 stars for work done in timely manner. Received document as per processing time on website. Things that I didn't like were employees are told to pull cheap stunts to rip people off. She asked me " Do you want cover for OCI? " I said okay. I thought it was free of cost and she didn't mention that it was 5 bucks. But I didn't ask either so I'll give a pass. But no mention of cover on receipt. Who does that especially in Canada. I will forward this issue to consumers services now it's up to them. Than they'll try hard to sell courier service. I said I'll pick it up when ready. Then she was like it's good for you to get it delivered.if there's an issue with application we will help you blah blah. Initially she already printed receipt with delivery charges without even asking which option I'd like to choose. I told her myself that I want to pick up. I mean why not just let the customer decide. These tactics won't help your business in the long run so it'll be great if someone could look into these issues. Thanks

Would give zero if possible, unreliable, unprofessional. I dealt with BLS twice both times it was such a bad experience.
1-I was told by customer service that they don’t have access to the info, while the previous customer service agent had access.
2- received an email in all Caps, I am not sure if the person was actually mad at me or didn’t know about the rule of typing in all Caps

Hi this is URGENT. I have lost my Mother's CAD Citizenship Card at BLS Brampton. Could you please check with the staff and Pankaj ji (guard) if he has found any? I had visited the office but the same security guard employee was not there and they were not able to help. Please its very URGENT, please let me know!

I visited this place today for my Passport renewal and there I met Kathyayni for paper work.
I must say she provided excellent customer service with positive attitude and her knowledge regarding the process was so clear. I highly recommend her good customer service.

Working with Kathyayani was a great experience- my mother’s Passport Renewal application has wrong address- but she gave me couple of options to support rectifying that error and she made sure I submit my application same day without asking me to come back - she had pleasant personality with great attitude to help needy people including Senior applicants. She’s amazing to work with And I’ve great experience working with her.

When we applied for our PCC it was showing application submitted for 7 days and I was wondering if it was received or not at BLS. Tried calling but as usual they never pick calls. But on facebook i got quick response and came to know about BLS application tracker which is different than the one i used to check. Never call BLS, you will be on wait for an hour and then it”ll disconnect itself, but customer service on facebook is pretty fast even if they reply as per INDIA’s timing, but worth it.
