As far as the Oakville location (only one I've dealt with) Their in store customer service is more than enough reason to shop here! Ive bought the wrong size ring and had no issues with getting the proper size, I needed to get another purchase repaired (my own fault) and the whole process was taken care of very professionally and quickly! I wouldn't hesitate shopping here again. Thank you!

WORST COMPANY EVER! Ive never had such horrible customer service.they truly dont value their customers or how much they spend.their pieces are way too overpriced for what you're buying, their repairs take too long and again are overpriced.just avoid this place altogether.

My wife shops here quite often, and absolutely loves this location/ store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a great product selection with some high end pieces. They stand behind their products and take care of a client when they have issues with their past purchases! Definitely will be back for more!:)

So I'm quite the shopper and when I say that the experience at BluBoho is the best, bar none, I know what I'm talking about. The minute you step into any of the BluBoho stores, it's home. The staff there feel like long lost friends - I've been known to linger well into closing time. And don't even get me started on their gorgeous jewelry. I was gifted earrings about a year ago, couldn't wear them because I didn't have my second holes pierced - I recently had my ears pierced and noticed the earring clasp wasn't working. They let me exchange the earrings with no issues. Jamie & Mckenzie helped me out and I ended up with a super cute ring as well! They were super sweet and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

I LOVE Bluboho! I Love how elegant their jewellery is. I will be purchasing my wedding band from there for sure! I love the Oakville location of Blu Boho. I have several earrings from here and today when I purchased the crescent and emerald kite, the staff gave my daughter a pink bracelet AND she even gave her a purple one to give to her sister ️️️️️ (even though she wasn’t there). I don’t wear a lot of jewelry but I’ve gone to bluboho for all of my significant pieces for a few years because they always have something that is different, special and the experience always feels so personal. It’s not like just going to any other store and that is my favourite thing about it. The people that work there always make the experience feel as special as it has been to me, and that makes it even more rewarding to make that purchase from a smaller store.
When I started looking for engagement rings it was no doubt that I was going to look there- nothing compared to the unique pieces they had. Not only that but Jordan was so helpful, answered any questions I had and allowed me to really get a feel for the ring I was looking at without ever making me feel like I was rushed to make any decisions. They also offered to transfer the rings I was interested in seeing to the Oakville location because that was closer to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
So in love with their jewelry, and the store, and every piece I have from there brings me joy when I wear them.

My fiancé knows I love bluboho so he went in to the Oakville location to get me a push present for when our son was born. Jordan, the store manager at that location helped him pick the most beautiful ring for me “the bump ring” which symbolizes a woman’s body through the stages of motherhood. A few weeks later I went back in to have my ring size changed and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jordan also. She is so kind and friendly and she made my experience at bluboho unforgettable! She was so quick to order me the ring size I needed and was so pleasant both time I had gone in. She also showed me wedding bands, which obviously I fell in love with a band style and will be purchasing it soon for my wedding day. Thank you Jordan for making me love a store I didn’t know I could love anymore than I already did!

I found the perfect unique and gorgeous family heirloom and I couldn't be happier! Have always loved bluboho and received emails with feature items. One particular email led me to browse their site and I fell madly in love with the Ma Kai ring. My mother and I searched for a while for something to make an heirloom after my father passed last year. We even searched in Italy this past summer and could not find something unique. However, upon seeing the Ma Kai ring in Oakville, I knew it was the one. I met with Jordan every time I went to see the ring (I went a couple times!) and she was always very welcoming, embracing me with a hug and making me feel welcome. I appreciate the patience and kindness (including the prosecco to congratulate me on my recent engagement!) and most definitely recommend bluboho for their already created pieces but also for custom pieces! First of all, the customer service is wonderful. I messaged them with multiple questions and got really kind responses super fast. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I ordered a necklace and it shipped the same day. I was so in love with the necklace that I ended up placing a second order a few days later. All around a lovely experience. I have been visiting bluboho for over 5 years and I can’t certainly say I am hooked for classic and one of a kind everyday jewelry pieces this is the place to be! I usually get asked where my delicate dainty jewelry is from and I proudly say bluboho! When you walk into the store you’re met with an air of positivity and each associate I have met through the years embodies and displays this same positivity. Everytime I go to blu boho I am shocked at how things just get more beautiful, every piece I have from here I get constant compliments when wearing them! When my now fiancé picked my engagement ring from here I couldn't have been more shocked when he opened the box, it is perfection! Thank you so much for making my dream ring!

I was very surprised and disappointed when I visited your Oakville location recently for the first time in years. Last time I was there around 2012-2013, there seemed to be so much more jewelry and merchandise with so much variety and selection. However, during my most recent visit end of May, the store seemed extremely bare! There were barely anything out on display to see and shop. Before, there were beautiful scarves, accessories, and all sorts of pretty jewellery from Chan Luu, Love Heals, and other artisanal jewellery and accessory brands, but there was just none of that anymore. I was mentally prepared to spend up to $1000, but ended up spending less than $100. Your website also leaves a lot to be desired. What happened? Do you guys not carry those brands anymore? Did you guys shift direction?

Was looking for some everyday dainty jewelry pieces and bluboho was the place to go to! The team there was fantastic in helping me pick out some necklaces and rings and I'm obsessed with them! Beautiful designs and amazing quality, would recommend to everyone.

Bluboho sold me a sapphire engagement ring, but it wasn't sapphire. It was a morganite. I found out only when I emailed guest relations for paperwork on the stone.

They gave me a $100 gift card for my trouble. Then they CANCELLED the gift card behind my back because I returned the "sapphire" ring.

This has been a nightmare. Customer service is not something they prioritize (and I can see that from other reviews). I will not be returning and you shouldn't either.

A good store if you are looking for jewelery for a significant other, family member or friend. Good service and high quality products. Located centrally in downtown Oakville. Mainly sells necklaces and bracelets, but other products are available here.
