Blue Banana Market

Wonderful place for your shopping session in good, old Kensington Market. A lot of items to choose from: coffee mug, shocks, wrap paper, hand soap, candy, People are very nice. The decorations is on point, look lovely and cozy. If you don't want to buy anything, just go check it out, worth a visit.

A really strange store, but a very interesting one. Lots of cool small toys and tools, even a surprisingly large and versatile collection of hot sauces!

It's just a great experience to walk through and marvel at the collection of the weirdest things.most of which you will never need but somehow you will almost always leave with something you want

Chock full of crazy knick knacks and gifts that will be sure to make you smile! The sticker section is particularly extensive.

Used to be a great place but it's turned sour. The tall employee with the black hat (he wouldn't tell me his name) made rude remarks and harassed me for having my mask below my nose. Told him I was having a hard time breathing so without even blinking he kiss told the cashier to deny me service until. Sadly I won't be visiting again.

Blue banana is super unique, it's like a small vendor building, many different things to look at and purchase, can spend a good amount of time looking at everything!

I love the variety and always find something cool to buy! It's pricer than other places for the exactly same product, but if you're visiting Kensington Market, you should take a look at this store.

My daughter's and I love spending time exploring the Blue Banana. There are many vendors with interesting and unique gifts. We can easily spend and hour or more in there exploring and we always come out with a great find! There is also a Jewellery vendor which makes some really beautiful and interesting pieces.

My go to place when ever I'm looking for a unique gift. They have great cards. Been going here for years. Always a pleasant surprise, never leave empty handed.

Very nice shop with tons of cool stuff, a pleasure to just walk around inside. The prices are as expected, with some nice surprises too.

This is the one place I always go to buy gifts. It has everything I need, and they always surprise me with something new whenever I stop by. And all the goods are local! I hope this business will stay up and running for a long time.

Go here! Today, now! This store is amazing! They have a little bit of everything. Anything you need from kitchen supplies, to games, to jewelry, to candles! Right in Kensington Market, this is a must visit! It's the perfect place to get the most unique gift ever. But forget that, pop in and grab yourself a treat!

Lots of interesting things you don't find easily anywhere else. Some things seem overpriced especially considering it's in Kensington market. I got an official NBA Raptors hoodie which actually was at a good price. Go Raptors!

This is a great place to bring visitors to Toronto. If feels like a craft and gifts consumer show - the store is stocked with cubbie holes of products based by topic - a candy area, stuffed toys area, cooking area, Toronto area, nature, bbq, dad's areas.etc.
A bit costly but unique items that are fun to get for that person who has everything.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly too.

Really cool selection of products and probably the best selection of hot sauces in Toronto, expensive though.

A crazy random mish mash of items from tourist products to stoneware to socks to candy. Really fun to just delve through.

Probably one of the very few or only pace in Toronto to have so many gift items. I really loved so many coffee mug options available to gift. So many stuffed toys aswell. Very good shop. Kinda little costly than expected, but cheaper than all of downtown high end gift shops. Not sure they have gift wrapping option available.

I really dislike this store. It sells cheaply made goods (made in China primarily) at a large markup. The store is also set up to give this illusion that you're somehow getting unique and artisan goods, especially given its location in Kensington Market.

I really like this gift shop for its unique, cute, and sometimes hilarious products. I enjoy browsing their selection - everything from beauty products to household items to random knickknacks. However, the service at checkout could be friendlier.

Awesome souvenier shop. Really cool picture backgrounds and a wooden carved moose outside of the store for pictures and huge selection in store. Great service as well

Cool place to browse and waste time while hanging out in Kensington Market. It's a gift shop. Notable things they have: funny socks of all sizes. Oddball stuff like a 2 gallon hip flask.

Great collection of products. Probably one of the best gift shops I've come across in the city. We need something like this in Sudbury, ON!

Friendly staff, filled with odds and ends. You'll find something that makes you smile, peeks you're interest or brings a cheesy smile to your face.

I get lost in this store all the time. It has the most wonderful variety of gifts and random stuff I never knew I needed. I especially love the jewelry here. It's always so affordable and interesting. Their stock rotates a lot, too, so there's always new things to see.

Think geek married Pier one and their baby was a Blue Banana.lots of kitsch, souvenirs, socks of all types organized by themes you can lose a teenage girl in there for hours.

Great for gifts, although it’s really really crammed and there is no one to help you find stuff. If you’re self sufficient and have the time, go for it.
