I am not able to provide a candid review as I canceled my appointment and joined the Pondmills Animal Hospital

By far the best vet we've ever had. Reasonable prices and top notch service. We've had 3 cats that lived to over 20 years.

I have to update my review. The vet was purchased by a chain of vets called "Neighbourhood Pet Clinic" Prices are higher now and the quality of service has plummeted. The previous owners were really great. They remembered both us and our pets from each yearly visit. We always got the feeling that they were trying to do the best thing for the animals. Now they try to up-sell you on everything they do.
We found a new vet to go to that was recommended by some friends that found the same thing with Neighbourhood Pet Clinic.
If you increase prices, don't lower the quality of service.

Had to make an emergency visit after our dogs eyes swelled up. Treating us with compassion and got our pup treated quickly. Amazing staff and vets.

I just wanted to say the greatest thank you I ever could. I just got home from putting my cat down, to say you guys were amazing is an understatement. As distraught as I was, I swear, the emotions and reactions from you all made me feel as though you've known him for years and you made the hardest thing I've ever done in my life as comfortable and memorable as possible for me. Thank you so so much for all the love and care you give your patients

Advocate for your pets during the appointment here if it’s an acute situation. Inconsistent diagnosis protocol, treats one situation just like the previous one as if each dog and household are the same. Without publicly going into lengthy detail: my dog was misdiagnosed and the vet shrugged off my suggestion to check closer (with reasons rightfully given) —2 weeks later after “waiting it out”—full circle of friends and family now have mites. And all dogs that have come in contact must now be isolated.

This used to be the best vet in town. I've referred lots of my friends and family over the years too. But with this acquisition, most have left and I have too. It's just like any other generic big business vet now. Messy and never see the same people twice.

Sad times.

They where super nice, and I didn't wait to long at all.they even gave my cat a little cat nip toy.

The vets, vet techs and reception are kind, caring and compassionate. I just started going to this vet recently and I'm thrilled with both my kitties care. 5 stars for sure!

Great friendly service. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Make you feel like they have known you forever on your first visit.

Everyone was so nice and made my puppy feel so safe and welcomed. She wasn't scared at all, and they were very helpful with the questions I had regarding services and prices.

Amazing experience, every friendly and understanding. They are amazing at caring for the pets as well as owners! Lol.
Our cat HATES her crate and got me really good and they were amazing at helping me clean and disinfect my scratches and being so sweet and gentle with our cat. Very reasonable pricing and were great with product information and suggestions. Love them. Vet, vet tech and reception was very engaged and encouraged questions and addressed concerns we had.
