Love this vet! I find this whole team including our vet (dr. Kelly) wonderful, friendly, caring and generally financially understanding. I always feel like my dogs are receiving the best care they can when we visit. They’re on time, excited to see us and very helpful answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

They claim to be over capacity and not willing to create 15 minutes to euthanise a non client 15 year old cat in horrific suffering, unless their preexisting client you can kiss the doorknob no matter how horrorful the situation and inhuman refusal of the mercy act at the infected eyeball reptured and pouring out

Blue Cross Animal hospital always has given our dogs the best care and go above and beyond to keep our fur babies happy & healthy!

They are very pushy, and not genuine about products. They fit my dog with the wrong sized cone, pushed us into purchasing a body jacket post surgery and ensured us he could us the bathroom in it, which he cannot.

Very friendly staff. Dr Ahn examined my cat and answered all my questions. The site is wheelchair and walker accessible. They have an online vet store where prescription foods can be purchased for delivery to your home.

I take my dog here. They are always there for me and my pup! They do everything they can to educate and provide the right information! They also love her a lot.

My dog is always nervous and usually doesn't take treats from the vet but she took treats from doctor Kelly with her medicine! That's a big deal!

The prices are also reasonable and they work in conjunction with the Hamilton emergency vet so whenever something comes up we have help.

I trust this vet. Customer focused, good advice, very easy to schedule appointments. Highly recommend.

Dr Luke is an incredible vet who’s been a passionate and invested member of the care team for our dog. His advice always includes how to treat her, develop patterns of behaviour to better train her, and generally goes beyond what I’m used to seeing from medical professionals. Very happy with our care here.

Didn't feel like waiting 3 months for an appointment as a "new" patient. There are plenty of amazing vets that are available.

If you want your pet to nearly die during an emergency try wasting 5 precious minutes on trying to get a hold of these guys. Luckily I found an emergency vet in Cambridge that answers phone calls and helps save your pets.

Took my cat here. After spending a fortune on tests the vet said she had Feline Lukemia and there was nothing that could be done for her. She would have to be put down. I spent an agonizing night holding her tight and sobbing with a broken heart. My family was devastated. Next day when we took her to he put down, they said she only had an ear infection. Horrible place. Horrible vets.

Excellent vet, my dog is not an easy one to deal with, they have no problem dealing with him. Took my dog in for his annual check-up and shots today, he was not a happy boy. The attending vet supprisingly calmed him down.

Caring and compassionate staff and vets. May not be the cheapest but you know your animal is going to get the best attention and care.

Not professional. No matter what you ask, they can't explain clearly. Obviously oneself operation error left leg knee sends out sound, say the problem of right leg, when ask what have unstable vibration why left leg feels come out The doctor said it was the right leg and the vibrations passed through the body to the left leg. It's ridiculous

Wonderful care, loving staff, my dog loves going to the vet:) He gets excited when he sees the building and the entire staff is so kind and patient with a high energy loving dog.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kate and the Blue Cross staff. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a surgery, I know my dogs are in good hands. The staff are genuinely excited to see the dogs. They send pictures and updates and they always call or text to check in the day after an appointment.

Dr. Kate is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all my questions. Our conversations never feel rushed and she is never pushy.

I tried to make an appointment to have my dog checked and was told that they were not accepting new clients! I would think that a veterinarian would be more caring than this. I was referred to this place by a friend. I made the mistake of canceling another appointment to get my dog to this place. I will never refer this place to anyone!

We just switched Vets, and I feel strongly that we made the right decision. The Vet was super friendly, my dogs seemed to have had a positive experience. I didn't feel like I was being up-sold dog food or shots the dogs did not need. And considering the pandemic at the time of writing this has limited in person interaction - I still felt personally taken care of. I recommend this vet.

My girl Crema de Mantequilla got into a tussle with another dog, tried two emergency vets both were closed at the time but Hamilton reginal called Blue Cross for me and they by chance had an opening. They took Quilla in right away gave her nine stitches and trimmed her nails It all took about and hour or so, Dr Luke was amazing the price was affordable (not cheap this is a licensed Vetranarian). I would strongly recommend this animal hospital from my experience with them. Keep up the great work.

Terrible communication. I expected better with the good reviews I've read. Nobody informed me that there was a second bottle of prescription for my dog. They just told me to wait and see if his health improved. It didn't, so I called again and turns out there was medication he was supposed to be taking that NOBODY told me about. Won't be coming here again.

You get what you pay for.and that's really incredible service and care for your pet! If you have the extra money to spend on getting your pet the best care possible, then I do highly recommend. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because visiting has left me in complete shock and my wallet very much hurting before, but you really do get what you pay for which again is excellent service and care.

They were booked for the next week or so. I had an issue with my cat she wasn't eating much and sleeping all the time. I gave her cat nip it worked. I just switched her food to fast good thing I didn't waste money going there. Since I've heard the vet isn't there for the animals.

I can't praise the vets and staff at Blue Cross highly enough. Dr. Kate has been looking after my dogs since 2017, and one is still recuperating from a near-fatal disease. My dogs truly look forward to visiting the vet.

I have been going to this clinic with my two dogs for 14 years. Throughout the dogs' lives, the clinic was amazing, from puppyhood, until we had to say goodbye to first one and then the other. Dr Kate, Dr Patty and the whole team of staff are super supportive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. We will be bringing our new puppy here in the spring. Highly recommended.

New content added Dec 5,2019: Just went in for an exam with a "complex" dog. Arranged a special meeting. Can't say enough positive things about the staff (Christine and all the gals that helped). This is a wonderful vet clinic that genuinely cares about your pet. Seriously, it's a great place and we are lucky to have such a facility in the area. Thanks again to everyone that works here.

Everytime I've had to go, they were super friendly and you can tell that most of the staff there, if not all; they truly want to see your pet get better. Had to get my kitty put down on new year's, they definitely did their best to make that process go a lot better than other places. Overall 10/10 would recommend! Clean respectable place. 100% work with you for the best options for treatment.

I took my cat here when he was sick. After letting go them know my budget the veterinarians did everything they could to help me as much as possible. They comped some nights he stayed and gave me some medicine when they could. I could tell everyone there cared very deeply for my boy. When we learned it was cancer I could tell they were upset and still tried to give me options. They helped me make a hard decision when it was time to let him go. The day we put Cookie down everyone was crying with me and offered me so much support. I later received a condolence card. Overall the staff here are kind souls who care so much for the animals they treat. They also seemed quite knowledgable and were helpful in determining the best route to take even though I was on a budget. Thank you everyone so so much

I took my pup Ginger, to this clinic for the first time, I loved how I was greeted, they really care for the animals here, My Dr. Christine was amazing with my Ginger, she took the time to play with her and get to know her, answered all my questions, made awesome suggestions, and she didn't make me feel like I am forced to buy products or have certain procedures done right away, all the ladies we met that day made it a positive experience, thanks a lots Blue Cross Animal Hospital

Blue Cross Animal Hospital just happened to be both the most highly rated + clinic closes to my home. Jackpot. Like any business, it behooves you to ask questions & determine whether or not something is necessary. Wouldn't it be swell if you didn't have to? Sure, but that's life.

Avoid this Vet clinic like the plaque, very expensive, they pick your pockets from the second you enter until the moment you leave. Rude reception staff. The vets do not have a common sense approach to medicine and seem unable to diagnose simple animal issues with out suggesting expensive tests. While testing is important for some issues somethings are easily diagnosed! I speak from experience having utilized the services of top flight equine vets in the past.

Very good and very pricey. Clean modern facility, lots of parking, good location. Vets all seem to be very good.

The staff and vets here are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about animals. They don't try to push things onto you that you don't need, and are very informative.

Very deticated and caring staff. Pricing is reasonable, they work with what you can afford and don't try to oversell. They also recently renovated and it's really well done.

The Doctors, technicians, assistants and other staff are very friendly. They all are animal lovers and care very much for your pet as if it was their own. The knowledge of the staff is outstanding. When they have had to refer me out of clinic for mri’s or surgery that is specialized, the places they have sent me have also been great. They put a lot of thought into their work. They go above and beyond their call of duty. I am so happy with the service they have provided our dogs and cat. I will never go anywhere else!
