Everyone was warm and inviting. The procedure was talked through, and I understood what was going to happen. Great clinic, super people.

A very friendly and approachable dental hygieniste in addition to great consultation by the dentist regarding the status and progress of our daughter's teeth growth. We will be looking forward to being served again.

I'm a new patient at blue haven dental and I'm glad I found this place. Located near a shopping center with many parking spots right in front of the door. The office is spotless inside and out. Receptionist was very kind I was greeted and welcomed. Registration was a breeze even for a new member. I met with Ashley the hygienist. She was amazing and super friendly. The first time I've done cleaning without my gums bleeding out. She's by far the best. The seats are super comfortable and super clean. Ashley took her time to professionally clean all my teeth. I would recommend her for all ages. I met the doctor after and he was very friendly and helpful. I'm just happy I found the best dental office in Ottawa. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

I had the best experience at Blue Haven Dental! I get a little nervous at the dentist but everyone made me feel at ease. They listened, they made sure to consult with me before doing any work to make sure the price was not out of my range and they were more than happy to modify the course of treatment to make sure I got the best care but still within my budget. The office is extremely clean and modern. Highly recommend checking them out!

It is a good experience with 5stars for this dental! Nurses and dentist both are nice and professional! My 6years old son has a good experience here!
But there is one question, may I know if the gears which wash the teeth is new or disinfect after clients used? As I don't see there is any disinfect before using. Thanks.

Amazing! I went to the dentist for the first time in 5 years. Blue haven is clean, friendly and acomidating. I had my exam and cleaning. Was told I need a couple fillings and if I could come cack in 30 minutes and they will do them the same day. I did! Insurance direct billing is a a big plus. Found my dentist with them.

I had the good fortune of discovering Blue Haven Dental on a Saturday afternoon after a temporary crown installed less than 24 hours before by my previous dentist had fallen off in a process that had been unduly arduous. It was imperative that it be remedied immediately as I was about to leave out of the country on a business trip for a week. Dr Jessica Saikaley, a self-confessed perfectionist, did a truly outstanding job at Blue Haven. She was rigorous in her diagnostic, managed to install a temporary crown that stayed well in place until she could install a permanent one and, in a word, she entirely resolved my problem. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone at the clinic and had no hesitation suggesting that my wife moves her business there as well.

From the moment I walked into this dental office for a cleaning and then another visit for a crown the entire staff at Blue Haven Dental was so professional and polite. They greet all of their patients in a friendly manner. The office is very clean and well organized. I have the biggest fear of the dental chair and any procedure that I need to have done, I avoid them always. My first visit was so smooth and efficient and I was immediately put at ease and was very comfortable with Puneet. I was very nervous for my second visit and Dr. Saikaley and her assistant Soheir were very professional, calm, worked extremely well together and always asked if I was doing okay and took the time to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office if you have any type of fear or anxiety of dentists. My next cleaning is in February with Puneet and I'm looking forward to going back!

I love this dental clinic. They really make you feel comfortable. The doctors are great, very professionals. They even give you the remote so you can watch anything on the tv while getting your procedure done. I don’t even have to wait long time to get an appointment cause the receptionist are so good that every time someone cancels their appointment they contact me if I want that day. It’s amazing.

Never go there. They are dishonest. They charged me in my credit card and at the same time claimed to the insurance. The insurance gave them the money but the dentist clinic never got back to me. This is how dishonest they are

This dental office accepts ODSP as a payment method, and it had no ODSP waiting list to start having my teeth cared for.

Highly recommend! Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are friendly, kind, and really have their patients best interests at heart. They will go above and beyond to help and accommodate each persons unique situation. And great with kids as well. Thanks so much for such a good experience.

Went to Blue Haven Dental to get my wisdom teeth removed. The building is beyond reproach, both in terms of contruction, and cleanliness. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Super friendly staff, painless operation. They also have ceiling mounted TVs with netflix. I watched The Blue Planet and it felt like I was out in five minutes. Go to Blue Haven Dental and you won't regret it!

I came to that place for the first time! The service I got from Zee was just way beyond a customer's expectations! Wow! So refreshing to walkin somewhere and feel that positive energy (they are lucky to have her!) I'm so glad I came here:) All the staff is sooo nice!

Very kind staff, I was in for a dental emergency they took me right when the clinic opened and I was all fixed up and out of the dental office within the hour. Highly recommend.

I went for a total of four visits. The dentist and his staff are all polite and attentive. I do find the wait times to be a bit lengthy considering you have to book an appointment. My average wait time sits at around 20-30 minutes. The longest being an hour (at which point I called it quits). Very disappointing considering this is a new business building a name for itself in a new area. Perhaps hiring a receptionist dedicated to properly booking appointments and keeping open time slots for emergencies.

Found this dental office from calling the Ottawa Emergency Dental line, and it just so happened to be very close to me. I was so happy to have gotten a super last minute, same-day, emergency dental appointment for wisdom teeth pain (on a stat holiday), got my wisdom teeth scheduled and removed 2 weeks later, and then came for a regular appointment just yesterday. All 3 times I've been so impressed with the quality of service, the kindness of the staff, and the little-to-no wait times. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new dental office. I always feel so welcome and cared for.

Like wow, what words can I use to express the dentist and his staff, hhhhmmm because I was impressed with my service and experience. May God abundantly bless him and his staff. May God continually anoint his art of work so that many would feel blessed by him. I'm always scared to go to the dentist, but yesterday I can now say I've been delivered, the man was gentle with my teeth, and took every minute to work on them safely, the staff were sooo kind, I was amazed and impressed. And my healing didn't take long its the following day and I can talk and eat somewhat, but compare to past experiences where it took to weeks to feel okay with my mouth.

The best dental clinic I have ever been to. I am a nervous person when it comes to dental work. I dislike the noise, the smells everything. Dr. Ryan and his wonderful hygienists made me and my partner feel so welcomed and comfortable. They have a beautiful new clinic, with top of the line tools. I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist again after years of terrible experiences. So happy to have found a great dentist so close to home.

Amazing dental clinic! The Dr. Ryan and his staff are really friendly. They are all very professional and they took their time to take care of me as a patient. The appointment went by so fast, while they were treating me I was able to watch TV (Netflix, YouTube) at the same time! I am really happy to be a patient there and look forward to my next visit.

Simply put, Dr. Ryan is a master of his craft. He is extremely friendly, kind and professional. He’s super knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable in any situation. The team is exceptional and the clinic is very clean. They also have the best COVID-19 safety measures put in place, I felt safe and at ease the whole time.
