Blue Ribbon Appliances - Welland

Me and my wife needed appliances fast and Blue Ribbon came through, they also assisted us with some electrical issues.from the in store staff, to delivery/ techs, best service we've had in quite some time, we will be repeat customers.

Honest, good prices, friendly people and great service. My dryer had stopped working and it was a simple fix I just needed the parts. I went in and they had one of the parts but they were able to quickly order in the other which came the next day. I highly recommend this store.

I required a service call from Blue Ribbon. Punctual, fair and their technicians are certainly trained to a higher standard. Ultimately, I had to deal with another company (due to warranty) and Blue Ribbon still assisted in the process throughout, even though they were not obligated to. I cannot give enough praise to their customer service and knowledge.

Paul came in super fast and fixed my leaky oven and range top for my family so we wouldn't have to deal with the high gas bills and smells. Super efficient and had us back to cooking delicious meals in under a day. Very polite and respectful towards children and pets, all around great experience recommend them to anyone who has any issues with gas appliances at all

10/10 Would not recommend this company for your appliance needs. Unprofessional and rude customer service, accompanied by unprofessional service in general. They won't admit to their mistakes, and they will not call you back like they say they will. They would sooner call you a liar and tell you to take your business elsewhere, than address that they're in the wrong and made a mistake. 5 thumbs down as well.

Their service is for the lack of a better word, pathetic. I've spent about 5 months trying to get fridge parts. Even though our landlord has already paid for them, they claimed to have somehow lost them and then have to re-order, not only that but every conversation is ended with I'll call you back, which as you guessed it, they never do. It's an embarrassment of a local company, and I would recommend you take your business to true professionals who can actually provide a service properly. 4.5 stars is laughable, more like 5 thumbs down.

Stopped by to see if they had a hard to find part for my dishwasher. Not only did they have the part I needed, it was of better quality than the original. Customer service was excellent and very friendly.

Blue Ribbon deserves a Blue Ribbon they came through for us yet again! I personally will never trust another appliance place in my life!

We just bought a dishwasher from Blue Ribbon Appliances. A very pleasant experience from purchase to installation. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and they take care of everything! We highly recommend this business. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Top notch service! I ordered my new fridge, prices were very competitive, delivery was made exactly when promised, and no charge for delivery and set up. One very satisfied customer here. Would highly recommend Blue Ribbon.
