Blue Ridge Walk- In Clinic waited 45 minutes but when I met the doctor he was polite told him how I felt sent prescription to the pharmacy. I have never had a prescription less than five minutes best place to go.

DR MIKAEL IS MAGNIFICENT

Pathetic poor management service. I sent enrollment in Apr-2023. Never heard back even though they said they are accepting patients. Called back on September where they confirmed they are still accepting patients and would give me a call back. Have been 2 months and still no update. Called today and again they said that manager has to respond.
I wonder what they do to the patients who are already enrolled woth them. Must be a terrible experience for those poor patients. One of the worst clinics i have dealt with in Canada.

Doctor was great, pharmacist was great, the receptionist who was training a new one was awful. No communication skill, no patience, and being cranky. Hope the new one will take place soon.

Walked in at 1: 03 p.m snd was told that they are no longer taking walk-in patients after 1: 00p.m. No exceptions made. If this is your policy, your hours online should reflect this. I drove over an hour to get to this clinic. Unacceptable medical service, I’m so disappointed.

I wanted to give them 0 star but then I cannot post her.the staff is not present on 12: 20 pm on staturday when they suppose to be here until 1 pm …

The pharmacy lady was talking on behalf of clinic that they are not here come back on Monday.when I asked why the are not here when they suppose to be here. She has no answer and want me to leave

I was very happy with my visit to this clinic. They are friendly, very helpful and very efficient.

Our family has now been here a few times. Once with an ear infection for my son and once for myself. Excellent service. Quick, efficient and kind. The doctor was very thorough & ordered X-rays for myself then also called back to review the results. Pharmacist is lovely and having pharmacy on site is incredible!

2 hours before closing and no patients waiting in the waiting room and you turn everyone away saying you are no longer taking anymore patients for the day. Help me understand that because I don't get it. If you cant get your work done before you close at 6 then you need to reevaluate your business model or change your times. That is just absolutely absurd. I could understand if you were slammed and it was one hour until closing but cricket's and 2 hours? Unbelievable. People rush from work or leave early, like in my case, to get there on time only to be turned away.

Very pleased with the speed of my visit and the professionalism of the Doctor and Staff - 15 minutes total before leaving with my filled prescription. Will definitely be using again when necessary.

Spent two hours waiting to see a doctor for my 3 year old, only to be sent away to the ER. Waited for 5 hours at the ER just to be prescribed antibiotics. The DR at this walk-in was unwilling to prescribe the antibiotics, I flat out asked him to prescribe the antibiotics because I know that’s what my child needed. Due to his unwillingness to prescribe the required medication my child had to needlessly wait another 5 hrs in a waiting. I will never attend this walk-in again and will not suggest it as an option to anyone.

Arrived at walk-in-clinic at 5: 15 pm and receptionist denied service saying they are full but there is only 2 people in the office. The receptionist was very rude, she told me to “go find another clinic” i ask to speak to her boss or the doctor and was very disrespectful the entire time and she denied everything in a very rude way, worst experience i have ever had, and very unprofessional

Dr is Good but there is no time management. Dr Sameh is my family doctor still he doesn’t have time to see me as per their receptionist as they prefer walk ins. Also, if you have an appointment you will still have to wait more than hour to see doctor because of walk in preference. Also, you will have to start calling them when they open and may be after 2-3 hours they will take your call. I really hope they start caring about patients who rely on them.

First time using this clinic. Staff were all very nice, was in and out really quickly, however the bathroom was filthy. It appears to have not have been cleaned for days; sink toilet, floors, garbage can, all were disgusting. It was 10 am, so was not as if it was just because they were busy that day. The other clinic I have used is usually spotless. Was surprised about how dirty it was.

After moving to canada and years of searching, i can finally say that i found the best doctor ever. He doesn’t rush you, he listens, he’s compassionate. He doesn’t take the small things lightly, he makes sure to take care of everything.

Excellent service, Dr. Makhaiel Sameh was very professional. Listened to all I had to say and did a very good job. The pharmacist called me almost right away and also did a very good job. I would highly recommend this clinic with hesitation. Thanks you to the Dr and all the staff who were all great.

Wait time was around 30 minutes which wasn’t bad, the receptionist was friendly. However, the doctor was dismissive and unprepared for the visit. Got my name wrong and kept trying to leave the room during the discussion…

The doctor is very good he doesn’t rush you and gets straight to the point. This is a very busy walk-in clinic so if you’re looking for fast service you’ll still have 7 people waiting in line ahead of you, they try their best to be efficient and it seems to work. Only downside is I don’t feel like the rooms are cleaned very well considering the lady at the front desk has to do everything and it is only one person.

This office is truly next to impossible to get ahold of. No one answers the phone and no one returns your calls.

When I went in person the receptionist sat there on her cell phone while the office telephone continued to ring.

Doctors are amazing here! Only complaint is the receptionist and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I called 5 times to see if I could bring my toddler in and no answer. I drove across town only to be told that they are all booked for the day! I wish someone would have answered and informed before loading up a sick toddler only to be turned away.

The location, perfect. The service, amazing. The pharmacist Dhwani is amazing though she is reminded by her system that I may be due for a refill on my medication she is polite, cheerful, and a pleasure to talk to each time she calls. I would highly recommend this walk-in and pharmacy for your medical needs.

Dr Sameh is my family doctor. He is very patient and understanding. He’s a very good listener and always thinks about the patients best interest. The staff are amazing. Dhwani (pharmacist), Sherry and Jas are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks Blueridge!

How can doctor prescribe without seeing the issue!
I didnt even have any covid symptoms!

The receptionist could be a bit more welcoming and friendly.
The doctor seem knowledgeable. Might go there in the future if I need a walk in

Went there at 4 pm but they told me that it’s close at 3: 30 pm? Before going I checked online and called and they told me that it’s close at 6 pm! I don’t understand why they are playing with people? And don’t like this kind of ridiculous game

Clean clinic and great doctor. Was seen within a reasonable amount of time and Dr Sameh had a great attitude and was able to address my concern quickly and efficiently. The in-house pharmacy had my prescription prepared promptly as well.

Amazing experience! Everything went smooth, Doctor was very nice. Would definitely recommend this clinic than most others!

Omg! All clinics should run this way.
Clean, efficient, friendly and extremely professional.
I had to go there 3 times in the last year. Never waited more than 10 minutes.
The doctors were friendly, thorough and were able to diagnose and treat my condition each time. Always recommended a follow up if I was not improving.
Send my wife there twice and she was thrilled.
However, I am a little concerned about writing this, as I may have given away Brantfords best kept secret.

Doctor was very friendly and helpful. Very little wait time. Only issue was after filling out the intake form and listing my allergies to medications the front desk failed to enter them into the computer. After receiving a prescription that was sent directly to the pharmacy I noticed it was for a medication I listed as an allergy. The doctor saw me again and mentioned no allergies had been loaded into the system, he corrected things and the pharmacy reimbursed me. I would use this clinic again but I hope they are more careful in the future.
