This clinic has a very inconsistent schedule!
The receptionist has poor management skills and it seems she has difficulty managing the appointments. I am changing my family doctor after 3 years. Please stay away from this place.

So one day i booked an appointment and they confirmed it too and the day i went they said that I dont have an appointment. The management is so bad never go to this place

It was very convenient for me to go to this doctor as it was close to my place. But this year the doctor's schedule is not organized as it was before. Doctor Najwa has been my family doctor for almost two years. But due to poor management in this clinic now I have to look for another clinic.

I wish I could give a zero star to this clinic's management. The unprofessional receptionist called us for a doctor follow up on Wednesday June 14th, during the call I asked her to book the appointment for Monday June 19th at 4: 30 pm. When we went there the doctor was not there and she did not call us to cancel the appointment. SHE SAYS THAT SHE NEVER SPOKE TO ME, and did not book the appointment.
The next day my mom called and booked another appointment for Thursday at 2: 30. We went there and receptionist SAID THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT BOOKED AGAIN.

This is unacceptable how come the management does not respect someone's time. My Mom had to take off work both days to just be told that her appointment was not booked.

I think this receptionist lady confirm the appointment over the phone and never register it. She was insisting that she never spoke and called me, I guess I was talking to a ghost in the clinic. She handled the situation very unprofessionally.

PLEASE HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE, she is literally messing up all the appointments.

Very rude staff and DR Najwa is the worst. She cancels appointments 15 minutes before, does not listen and she looks very judgmental. Pharmacy is alright tho.

I have been going to Blue Rose since its beginning. Dr Najwa El-Bawab has been my family doctor for 7 years. She is a great doctor, knowledgeable and friendly. Her expertise and diagnosis has proven right for me for all these years. I am glad to have her as my family doctor. In addition, Mr. Rany Badawi is a wonderful person who listens and is empathetic. I am happy that I have such an amazing clinic and pharmacy close to home.

I’ve been a patient many times cause it’s convenient geographically but damn.this clinic WANTS you to stop going there.
Rude stuff who doesn’t wanna help.

The pharmacy is okay though.

Dr. Najwa El-Bawab has been looking after my medical needs for over 5 years. I am extremely satisfied in the care and recommendations she provides. She explains everything to me in a very clear manner. The staff are professional and friendly. I am so glad to have chosen Blue Rose Medical Centre and I am so lucky to be looked after by Dr. Najwa El-Bawab. No long waiting times and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I would highly recommend becoming a regular patient at the Blue Rose Medical Centre.

The receptionist does not communicate like a human being. Did not get a very good feeling after speaking with this office on the phone.

Do not go to this place. Even when they don’t have a doctor on site, they will accept patients and have a so called doctor’s assistant see patients. I don’t know how this assistant can prescribe medication and with what qualifications. Iam going to report this clinic to the Ministry of Health and CPSO

I had the pleasure to have Dr Njawa as a family Doctor. Always ready to help and listens carefully.
She has been my family Doctor for almost 4 years and I'm very satisfied and the staff altogether is very helpful and professionnal

I have a wonderful and attentive doctor. The best I’ve had since moving here in 2008.

Be wary of this clinic. If you need to change family physicians because you move, they charge you money to send your file to your new physician. Oh, and they only accept cash. When I spoke with the girl on the phone, it took me 10 minutes to get this information out of here.

It is the worst medical clinic I deal with. And the pharmacy also.many time the prescription drug not found in pharmacy and change to alternative one available. And there is many things.
For the clinic I toke my daughters to change the vaccine card to Canadian one during the Doctor examination of one of my daughters she found her suffer from her abdomin and refer her to ultrasound. At the same visit the doctor try to change the vaccine card to Canadian one and I translated the no.but she can't do it.
And she inform me to fill it by her family doctor.l tolled her you my family doctor she say I treat her as a walk clinic. I ask her to be family doctor she tell me find one close to your home After one year she tell me that. I toke my daughter to another clinic and I registered her in new clinic.
And I called the blue rose clinic to refer the result of ultrasound they tell me ok when we get the report we will refer it.they didn't refer I call again they tell me we wait the doctor to take alook.
I call after few days the doctor didn't seethe report.
I call and ask about the report if they refer it.the answer is No.
This period it is around 2 week and my daughter complain from pain.
I call them and I called them and I will complain to health board against the clinic if didn't refer the report and I will take another ultrasound to diagnose what the pain in my kid.
They tell me we will to refer it now.
After that the doctor call me not to apologize for their pad and trying to make a visits without any thing.she say there is a role to send report.
Why they didn't inform me from the binging
Why they leave the patient suffering this period with out any treatment. Just because I change the doctor.
Honestly if there is rate less 1 stare I will give them.

Very very slow. I came in at 12 30.could not see the doctor till 1 20.that's 50 minutes just to see. I needed a doctors note for my knee brace because my physiotherapist cannot recommend me one without the doctor's recommendation. I already have a knee brace and I need to upgrade mine given my injuries. But the clinic requires $20 to write me a note. So, it is mandatory for me to get a doctor's note to get a knee brace that I need to stay active but then I also have to pay $20 cash for that, cash. Waited 50 mins, took 3 mins to write me a note and paid $20.

Wanted to thank the pharmacist Mr. Rani for his excellent service and great customer service
And for helping me and guide me to the right treatment.
We are lucky to have Mr rani as a pharmacist in our neighborhood

Dr Harshini is amazing! Patient, listens to your concerns and friendly. There is one receptionist (no name tag, but wears a hijab) who is SUPER rude! No phone manners, no manners in person and just plain rude. If the doctor wasn’t so nice, I would not be coming here. She needs to be trained on customer service ASAP. When your dealing with a sick child, you don’t need the stress of a rude receptionist on top of it! I hope management sees this as I have observed her with other people coming into the office and she is also very rude to them too.

Dr. Shaw & and his team have been a life saver. Best medical attention you can get if you travel a lot & only home on the weekends. Pharmacist is also great. They have been a life saver for me. Very friendly & knowledgeable people. Love them to death.

Horrible clinic. The place is empty and I still ended up having to wait for 2 hours to get checked out. Came in at 3Pm and they stuck me in a room until 5.

This place is near where I live so I went there but no Dr stays there more than 6 months I had my family dr and he left within 6 months and I was asked to make another dr as my family dr and she left after 3 months

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always help you and the wait is not too long. Its always clean place.

My family and I always have a pleasant experience when we go here. The staff and the doctors are all efficient and courteous.

Pharmicists and physicians here are knowledgable and courteous. They put you at ease while they diagnose and provide prognosis. I always get connected me to specialists fast. I travel far just to come to this clinic. The pharmicist goes above and beyond to provide a holistic approach to ensure his clients recover asap rather than just dispense pills like other pharmacies. He will discuss in length whenever the client have medical questions. I highly recommend this clinic.
