We had the Blue Sky team replace an old fence that had fallen down and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I dealt with Fallon for all the communication and she was so quick to respond, always informative and detailed. Our fence looks beautiful and it was done within the time frame that was promised. Quality work. We will definitely be working with them for our future needs and highly recommend you give them a try too.

We had a some minor fence repairs done recently. They were quick and cleaned up the site well after they were done.

I was very impressed by how quickly they completed the work on my back patio, fire pit, and fence. Got the work done just in time for summer. Very professional throughout the process.

While I can’t speak to Blue Sky’s work, I can certainly speak to their customer service. We had someone come out and quote a small job for our house, with a possibility depending on cost, to add to the job by getting a gate installed. Once we received the quote, and decided to go with Blue Sky, myself and my boyfriend tried calling (and e-mailing) several times to get the work scheduled. Even though this was a smaller job $500-$1000, it seems a bit ridiculous that this company picks and chooses what work they will take. I would never consider them for anything fence or deck related in the future, as they are unreliable and don’t really care for smaller jobs.

I really hate to leave a poor review on a small company. I contacted Blue Sky for a quote on a deck. I received a quick response, and an appointment for the owner to come measure within a week. The owner came to the appointment on time, was very pleasant and quick. I told him I was surprised they were taking on new projects and he assured me that my smaller project could be fit into their schedule. He advised that he was behind on work that week (we met on a Tuesday) but I would have the quote the following week. It's now been 2.5 weeks, and despite emailing a couple of times for an update, I have received no quote, and not even a response. Listen. I know companies can over book themselves or have extenuating circumstances and I get that. But you have to communicate with people. If you thought my small project wasn't worth your time, or you are over extended, then pay me the courtesy of an email telling me so. I'm super disappointed considering how many great reviews this company has - I really thought I made a good choice.
