Blue View Chalets

Very beautiful area. Place was very clean and quiet. Gre location as only 10 minute walk to the village. Golfers would love the location to the courses in the area.
Chalet was spectacular and all the necessities were supplied. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

We had a great time with great friends and family at these chalets. They have huge windows facing the ski resort and huge rooms for lots of people.

I booked this chalet for one night and experienced the worst customer service and on top of that extra charges to my credit card were applied with out my authorization. Do not give your credit card information via phone or else they will keep on file.
There are two people that we dealt with Abeer and Mike. Abeer let us know $1000 for one night, usually these chalets are for 2 nights costing at $1500. However we spoke to Abeer she let us know one night will be $1000 and we went through with the phone payment. The next day we spoke to Abeer again asking if we can check our a little later. Since we hadn’t even been in the chalet for 24 hours. She said that is okay Everything was left clean and an extra charge of $299 was charged to a credit card which she initially said was not working to process the payment.
Of course the next day we Tried to get a hold of Abeer and it would go straight to voicemail. I found this very unprofessional and have lost money.
Also be aware of the superintendent Mike extremely rude on the phone called us losers over text

Have been here a few times and always enjoyed. This time a friend met with an accident in the hills and the owners were so great about accommodating us longer than expected and were genuinely concerned. Highly recommended and very much appreciated.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for our large group…so close to Toronto but a totally different (relaxing) world! Lots of great places to hang out together (lake-view deck, harvest table, living room, dock). Can’t wait to go back next summer!

I've stayed here a number of times over the last few years. Love coming up here for the view of the lake, spending time with friends and family. Very close to Blue Mountain and all collingwood has to offer. Looking forward to staying again sometime soon!

Our family and friends stayed at Blue View Chalets several times. We stayed at different chalets and different periods of the year, such as Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays. We were always very pleased with the service, location and cleanliness. Every chalet we stayed at was perfect for our groups. Highly recommended!

We rented Vega and Aqua for a company retreat and had a great experience. Lots of room for everyone to be together in the gathering areas, and close to Collingwood's amenities.

We had a fabulous stay at the Blue View Chalets. The chalet was clean, cozy, and updated, with a fabulous view and massive window in the main living area. The location was very convenient. I would definitely rent this chalet again.

I have had really great stays with Blue View. Started with a summer stay at Aqua Center and found the units to be large and clean. The experience was great, so we then stayed (with several friends) for a winter weekend as well at The Stella mountain property. Great locations and the owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend. And don't feel shy to ask them for directions or recommendations, they know the ski hills and town very well.

I highly recommend the Blue View Chalets for large groups and bachelor/bachelorette parties all year round! The chalets were spacious, clean, bright, and close to restaurants/bars, ski hills and other attractions.

Blue View Chalets ensured a beautiful stay with the utmost of ease for a ladies weekend getaway. Everything was clean and turn key on arrival and departure. The location and service cannot be beat, I would confidently recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thank you!

Love this chalet. We’ve rented here two winter trips and hosted 10-14 people. Would benefit with some upgrades like Apple TV/chrome cast as usually not everyone goes skiing/snowboarding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue View Chalet. The unobstructed view is breathtaking and so peaceful! The beds are very comfortable and very sturdy (nothing like a good nights sleep to enjoy your holiday). It's just a very cozy and warm place to relax. A great getaway haven to stay anytime of the year! I highly recommend it!

Great place to hang out with friends. We have stayed in these units many times and have been quite pleased with the accommodations. The hot tub should have been cleaned prior to our visit but everything else about the visit was good. Great location close to the village at Blue.

DO NOT RENT FROM BLUE VIEW CHALETS. They bully renters and look for any reason to take your deposit.

I rented a chalet for a group of 30+ year olds for a weekend. Upon leaving, I was sent an email stating that we had been issued a noise violation and becuase of this, we would have to forfeit the entire $1000 deposit. When I asked for clarification, I was sent some sort of paper work outlining this apparent noise violation, they claim to have issued. I spoke to Abber Sakkejha, a member of the staff, and she just kept repeating herself, that I had lost the full deposit. She was rude and had no part in hearing out my concerns. I have yet to receive a call back or an email response.

I filed a Charge Dispute with my bank. My bank has now waived this charge and credited my account for the fraudulent charge. Enough said, right there. DO NOT RENT FROM BLUE VIEW CHALETS!

Aug 16/2018 **RESPONSE TO THE BLUE VIEW CHALETS RESPONSE**

Again, we received no warning whatsoever, from your on-site security and I find it funny, that now on a public forum, you are willing to give the illusion that you are open to discussing this matter. You have yet to respond to my emails or call me back. At the end of the day, the bank found that our $1000 deposit was charged in bad faith, by your business. Therefore we did not have to pay it.

Blue View Chalets has terrible customer service and even worse management.
