Blueberry Creek Veterinary Hospital is the Most Professional Hospital I've ever experienced. They are truly dedicated to their patients and their level of care is excellent both for your pet and for you, as a concerned pet parent. They made a difficult time so much easier to bear as we lost our pet while on vacation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who truly loves their fur babies and wants the best care possible. Our first experience was great! All the staff were so nice and knowledgeable. The vet was so good with my 3 dogs, 1 being a very nervous girl. Prices are very reasonable. We are so happy we were able to get in with this clinic and have already recommended them to our friends

This is the greatest experience I have ever had at a vet. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt safe and secure, and comfortable during his appointments. Brittany and Nicole at the front desk were so polite and fantastic to deal with. My rescue who is typically afraid of people and stressful situations, leaps in the car and gets excited when I tell him we get to go to the vet. Hats off to all the doctors and staff here. They run a smooth operation and I am happy to choose this place for all my pets. They have a client for life.

I took my dog in today. He needed his shots, I requested a nail trim and to look at a bad nail. The vetenarian was not a pleasant person to deal with. Did nothing for his bad nail. Trimmed his nails and complained every nail she did. I have noticed the past few years the poor service and today was the day to finally say enough is enough. There are many other vetenarians In the area, that I am sure will be happy to help us out They also told me to put my dog in the car and come back to pay. And “it should only be a few minutes”. Well 25 minutes later, I was finally out of there I left a gentleman there still waiting to pay and he was there well before me. You build a bigger nicer building but the service goes to the garbage. I have noticed no feedback on my review. We have discovered our chimo to be constipated since his visit. The vet gave him a jug of treats to keep him occupied while getting his nails trimmed

Dr. Stevenson and his team are an absolute delight to deal with. They are very welcoming, gentle, and professional. I can without a doubt highly recommend Blueberry Creek for all your veterinary needs.

Very overpriced and this clinic adds fees without the clients consent. Avoid and choose a vet with integrity who doesn't gouge clients. This place charged me $50 just to wrap a bandage on a dogs paw and never said they would charge for that! I would have done it myself if I had know. Disgusting place, just a business.

Very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

We really appreciated their soft approach with our nervous dog, Nova. They made her feel less intimidated and more trusting than she usually is during previous visits to other vets. They even offered to set up a time (when it's less busy) to bring Nova in to become more familiar with the clinic and staff, which is something that's never been offered at any other vet to ease her anxiety.

It's very obvious that this dedicated team has a lot of experience dealing with animals of all kinds of temperaments and behaviours. They want to provide a calm, enjoyable environment for your dog (and you) which is very refreshing to experience! Thank you, Blueberry Creek, Nova looks forward to her next visit with you!

Dr Tara was wonderful with Ruby on her first visit after her cat rescue experience. Brittany at reception was friendly and very approachable. Great first experience for us both!

If i could give these folks 1million stars i would. I got stuck in a very bad position when my dad passed away suddenly and left behind a very large and angry dog that had to be put down. These folks were super compassionate and made something awful a bit more bearable. I am eternally grateful to them for the kindness they showed to me and my daughter as we dealt with the dog.

Blueberry Creek has the most kind and caring team. They ensure that no matter which furbaby I bring in, that they feel safe and comfortable during what is usually considered to be a stressful time. The Blueberry Creek Team is always sharing their wealth of knowledge and always welcome my many questions. I always feel confident during checkups or surgeries that my cats and dogs are in the best care. Friendly staff, beautiful new building. Haven't had a lot of experience here aside from routine vet appointments but so far so good.

Dr. King provided excellent care to our senior cat, Indio. She showed the utmost compassion during ours cat's final moments. All of the staff at Blueberry are kind and welcoming. We made the drive from Ottawa to Blueberry as we have never experienced a more professional veterinary practice. The treatment plan was always discussed in advance.

They were a great vet for us over the years, but their prices have more than doubled since they opened the new clinic. They told me it would be $500 for an x-ray, $300 for a blood test, and $6000 for dental surgery on my cat.

That's six months rent for me and I'm on a fixed income. Their suggestion was to open a new line of credit or put my cat down. All while I'm still paying off the last dental surgery I had done there which was only $3000

Our beloved cat died suddenly. Before he died he was suffering. I called our usual vet who didn’t give me the time of day. Then I called Blueberry Creek Vet and they bent over backwards to help. In the end Mishoo died anyway, but the compassion shown throughout this painful experience was phenomenal. I will never go back to my former vet. We will be using Blueberry Creek Vet for all our pets needs from now on. Thank you BCVH!

Excellent first time experience brining puppy in for 2nd round of shots! Vet was wo nice and friendly and provided us a ton of information. All staff were caring and friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience all around!

Wishbone, my 15 yr old JRT had his first visit with Dr. Lianna today and we had a great experience. She was so kind and handled my senior boy with care while helping us find a solution for our problem. I left feeling great which isn’t always the case when leaving the vet with a senior animal. So Thankful the staff at Blueberry Creek made time for my sick cat when my usual vet would not. Same day service and a compassionate staff. Thinking I was having to put my cat down but they came up with a different diagnosis and now my Nike is doing great. Thanks doesnt cover it.

I was in a bind when my current vet couldn't make the time to put down my dog who was suffering in a tremendous amount of pain. Blueberry creek got us in that day to do what needed to be done. The were friendly, compassionate and their facility was beautiful. I'll be happy to use blueberry creek for all my veterinary services from now on. Thank you helping us in our time of need.

This is a wonderful veterinary hospital! Today was a difficult day putting our 14 year old pup down for her final sleep and the friendly and compassionate staff made the very sad process as peaceful and comforting as possible. It was the darkest of days where we had to put down our wonderful dog/member of the family of 14 years yesterday. Our regular vet is closed Mondays and we were referred to Blueberry Creek. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. From the admin staff (Molly and crew) to the vet tech (sorry forgot your name) and Vet (Greg) were nothing short of amazing. Professional and empathetic for such a sad time. Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone.

They have some good vets & vet techs that care about animals, they've been taking care for my dogs and cats for 5 years now and cant see myself taking them anywhere else

I have a situation with a particular and uncommon breed of dog. The dog is in a lot of distress and when I called them they said they would not take on any new clients. Even though I explained they were the only one in my area who could potentially help my dog. They seemed to not care and recommended I call another vet in Ottawa over an hour away from where I live. I expected more from someone in this field and a little more compassion given the circumstances. Didn’t seem to be about the love of animals and I got a very cold neglectful vibe.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. This place is the best! Kind, compassionate and expert knowledge and care. Great facility and fantastic staff. Well worth the drive from Ottawa!

The best vet clinic I have been too. The people there are wonderful with the pets and owners combined. I would recommend this place over any!

Our dog had surgery a few weeks ago. She ripped out her stitches on Saturday. Our vet wasnt available. We called Blueberry Creek and they took us in right away. The entire staff there were kind, courteous and efficient. They did a great job with our little girl. Thank you!

Dr. Pinon and Alexis showed our family tremendous care and compassion during a very difficult time. It was truly appreciated.

My little min pin had a small tear on her right torso. They told me she will need stitches, Anesthetic shot, possibly through mask along with antibiotics and even though would only take 10 to 15 mins, I was being charged a full day. $600 to $1100. I told them I would go somewhere else. They still charged me $85 just for taking 3 minutes to look at the wound. The emergency vet said the wound was healing on it's own. Keep it open to drain. No antibiotics needed as there was no sign of infection. Rince twice a day. My dog is completely healed after 5 days!

Professional and caring service. Never pushy. Quality care all around. Never pushed drugs or services that weren't needed like some veterinarians.

I Had to put my cat down because he was sick I can’t remember the name of the female vet but she was amazing very compassionate and didn’t try to talk me into any unnecessary surgery or medication.

Great staff friendly and all but not impressed with paying what we paid basically for the vet to just tell me my dog was alive and pregnant. I could've done that on my own for free. She gave no info to help us in anyway and she didnt do much to calm my dogs nerves during the 2 second stethoscope listen of her belly. This is our first litter and I was hoping she would take temperature or have an idea of number of puppies but nothing and no one was honest with me about how pointless the visit would be and how unnecessary it was. It just would've been kind if they were honest and reasonable.

Also they do NOT have emergency hours making the closest place of contact Ottawa unfortunately.

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and excellent veterinary care. I travel 30kms to be able to keep my Vet when she moved to Perth. Worth the drive.
