I accidentally booked 2 storage units and they were able to fix it for me almost instantly. When we got there, we were taken on a tour of the available units and were given all the information we needed. Best customer service!

Fast and efficient. The person at the front desk was more than happy to help us out, she made us feel confident in our decision and answered all of our questions. She was very personable and had us laughing the whole time we were there. The process was very smooth and the units and storage facility are very clean.

Before Bluebird was bought out by SmartStop I had no issues and was quite happy.
I called and advised I would move out by June 30th so stop the payment from coming out on the 1st and the payment came out anyways. I was charged until July 3rd because the facility was closed and it was the holiday. I have called 4 times to get my full refund back and all I keep hearing is that they will email their district manager and will hear back from them. It seems ridiculous that I need to go through so much trouble to get a refund when they can clearly see the last time I used my code to enter the facility and have multiple cameras that can verify that.
I am very frustrated this hasn’t been resolved.
I’m glad I moved out, this has been a terrible service experience since SmartStop took over.

Both Norlene Wilson and Lorie Snow have been extremely helpful and friendly with both my brother Robert Di Nunzio and I since we first met them in 2021. They are fantastic employees, very honest, and kind people. They are very informative, guiding, contentious. Thank You for keeping them on, with Smart Stop. They are a great asset to your Ingram and keele location, or any where else.

I made my reservation with Lorie Wilson and met her at the office. She is professional. She explained everything to me and it was smooth sailing from there. The facility is clean and up to date.

Bluebird storage is very clean, organized nothing out of place. The bathroom is in excellent condition the few time I happened to use it.
The price is within my budget and with the % off for the first month helps.
The staffs are welcoming, pleasant, knowledgeable, they provide exceptional customer service.
Planning to move have too much things to move with or just want to chill for a few months, Bluebird is the place to go.

Went in a few days ago to find a unit. The staff were knowable, friendly, and patient. The units I saw were clean and well maintained. I ended up getting a unit. I have yet to move anything into the unit, but I think its going to be good. I'll come back and update this review if my experience changes, but as for now, I'm giving Blue Bird five out of five stars.
