After pre booking a taxi a couple days in advance and was charged $25 for the pre book. I was called last minute to be told they didn't have anyone available. Never book again. Called Uber and had a ride in 5 minutes.not happy at all

Your customer service is zero you have to train your driver’s customer service without customer service. You were nothing. Your driver was kicking my tenant.

The couple of times that I have called the company for a taxi I have been paired with Yama (cab#D30) I wanted to mention, his car is extremely clean (inside and out), smells fresh and he is a very safe driver. Definitely recommend-5 stars!

I waited and they never even showed up, October 30th at night a driver was hitting on me touching my face disrespecting me it was so disrespectful where do drivers get away with touching people

Great service the cab was very fast you can also track the vehicle as it's coming towards your house blueline is a thousand times better than city wide taxi. I'm definitely using blueline from now.

No longer able to book accesable taxi ahead of time. I had a Dr. Appointment I needed to get to by their accessible taxi. I was told I could not book it until I needed it and that even then, there was no guarantee a taxi would be available. I called them when I was ready to leave, and they reported that there was no taxi. I had to cancel my Dr. Appointment. How am I supposed to get to my appointments as a senior?

I came off the train with my two kids and service dog. This cabbie literally turned me away with documents for the dog. I had to then go to a NEXT cab driver that then also made me feel like i had no common sense.

I called this taxi service for a client at my place of work.
I spoke to two miserable people who kept sighing almost every other word.
As someone who works in customer service and has done so for over 15 years, I was honestly appalled. I can understand why the review ratings are low for this taxi service. It's called a "customer service voice, " and there was no effort the moment the phone was answered.

I do not recommend this company.

Quicker than the previous company I called. However, dispatch sent the driver to the wrong location after clearly being told Rossland and Stevenson. Then when I called the driver to tell him he was going the wrong way, I was told there is no dollar store where you are. I told him I'm standing right under the sign that says there's a dollar store here. When he showed up, rather then apologize he began to blame me for not calling him sooner. When I explained that I called as soon as I knew he was going the wrong way he blamed dispatch and continued to argue with me. We are the people who pay their bills, best to be polite and continue to get our patronage. Your company is lucky I gave you more than 1 star. Customer service is about the customer.

Would give no stars if i could.taxi took 45 minutes and still didnt showup so we ended up cancelling because we were going to be late to plans if we kept waiting.called them twice but they werent helpful at all.

I always order a cab via visa payment (app) and they dock me -$25.00 every time I use their service even though it's approved by Visa. What gives? ! City-Wide is just as bad. Is there not a better service out there?

This cab company is nice in the way that once you've called, you'll receive a text saying they're on their way, what car type and driver to look for. Then they will send you one more once it's within seconds of arriving telling you it has arrived. Very reliable.

I've called them many times; specifically for last-minute drives to work, and they've rarely let me down. I think the comraderie with the drivers over time has helped; many are very friendly, and we don't even have to bother with 'small talk, " anymore. Most know right away where I'm going without even having to ask. Most cars are clean and presentable.

If negative stars were possible, that’s what I’d give Blue Line. We landed at the local Oshawa airport at Executive Air. We had luggage, our small dog and were tired. I called for a taxi and the dispatcher said “no we don’t do the airport, you need to walk to…”. I said that I’m not from Oshawa and that it was dark and we had luggage. She again said: no airport and hung up.

Next thing is my phone alerts me that a driver is 4 minutes away heading to Highland Avenue, for me. I call him directly and said that we were actually at the airport. He said “this isn’t for you” and hung up.

The reception at Exec Air said that they used Blue Line all the time and that pick up and drop offs were never a problem, he said that it appears that the receptionist was the issue.

Screw it, we took an Uber which was clean, friendly and flawless. Do not waste your time or spend your money with Blue Line: useless

Last night, I called for a cab to pick me up from work.

I had to give the address for the pickup point around 3 times.

Then I was told it's a 10 minute wait.

20 minutes later, a cab (not mine) arrives.

After waiting on hold another 10 minutes, I decided to cancel the ride. I was on hold 2 minutes. It took 3 attempts to explain that I wanted my cab cancelled.

I ended up grabbing a cab that just delivered passengers. The first questions were "Where you going? How you paying? " I mentioned debit. The driver made a face, then told me he'd find an ATM for me to use.

Shortly after I got in, he started yelling at the computer display for calls coming up.

And he claimed that wouldn't charge me until we found an ATM. $6 popped up quickly before we left the first block.

The driver asked which bank I used. I told him. He slowly drove to a mall. We saw an ATM that wasn't my bank. Service fee: $3.50.

The way this was going, I knew I'd made a mistake. The ride had already cost me over $9, not counting what was on the meter.

I asked the driver how much the ride was going to cost. He claimed not to know. I did.

A maddeningly slow ride continued, frequently getting stuck in light traffic at 40-60 km/hr. I had to tell the driver we were nowhere near my house, which increased the speed marginally.

At the end of it all, I should've taken a bus. I arrived home 15 minutes earlier, but out $32 altogether. That was nearly 2 hours' pay wasted.

Wow wow wow Blueline management is so serious about thier reputation. I asked for a refund and to have him charge with Thieft. Maybe he hit the Wrong button, I dont know. But if hes doing this action repeatedly he can have a great day. Thieves in Panistan get limbs cut off the stealing. So next time think about whos in ur space. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN
PETER MABEY p #32879976 took funds for a trip but I never got into his cab he just took cash without preform the trip. So blue line isays they'll look into it and hopefully give my 13 bucks back.

Better tell your drivers when in Belleville ontario visiting his step Mom they should not be parking in a tenants spot in private parking with a sign in front of him stating No parking, then hits our car door not once but twice after swearing at me when I tell him it's a tenants spot.

Terrible company. Super unprofessional. Called at 7pm and booked a cab for 9: 55 pm pick up and still waited an hour before I cancelled the cab. A driver took the pick up and ended up taking another call instead. I thought because they give you the option to BOOK the cab it would be here on time but I guess I was wrong. I've also had quite a few cab drivers from this company that are extremely rude. Some drivers even give you a hard time for paying with debit. They don't help with your bags and literally ASK for a tip.
If I could leave no stars that would be more accurate.

I called a cab to pick up a student from school. I watched the track my taxi link and the driver had not left their location. They called to say they were outside the school. The secretary was standing outside with student and no cab was anywhere to be seen outside the school.

I called the driver, Naseer, through the link, as it provides a direct line to them, and asked him where he went, confirming he went to the correct location. He started yelling at me that no one is outside and he's leaving because he got another customer. This, all the calls trying to figure out where this cab was, was all within 4 minutes of me getting the initial call that the cab had arrived. Immediately calling the driver and calling the school to confirm they were outside. After the driver yelled at me on the phone, I called the company to inform them that the track my taxi showed his cab was not there and the secretary and student were standing outside, under the front cover, waiting for him.

We had to order another cab. I gave that driver a 40% tip because he arrived on time, parked in the front school pull up parking and waited the 30 seconds for the student to leave the front entry cover and brought him home safely without yelling at anyone. I hope he tells that other driver his poor customer service made him miss out on free money.

Y'all need lessons on customer service and professional speaking skills. Yelling at people because they said they're outside and your cab isn't there? Despicable.
