Some staff are rude, and even laugh at some customers, lack professionalism and basic social/soft skills, hopefully they get retrained

I shopped here a few times during their Boxing Day sale & The associate Joseline is a star. Such Great customer service and there are lots of trendy oitems on offer. Their sale prices can’t really be beat, you can find shirts and even sweaters for $9.99. I’ve noticed a lot of the items have either “Aeropostale ” or “lucky” tags on them which probably means they are the parent company to this store. Good deal!

Jaw dropping deals before Thanks Giving! Rushed to the store 5 minutes before closing but still found amazing clothing for awesome price

Great fashions at a discounted price. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Saw a sign saying 40% of.that's what got me into the store. Then I saw a sign offering an additional 10% if I sign up for their store text messages. Why not? Three pair of jeans, a pair of leggings, a hoodie, a shirt, and two sweaters. Under$150! No complaints from me. Will definitely revisit.

On November 12,2019 (Tuesday) at around 6pm, I went to Bluenotes store in Lawrence Square mall to check out some Raptors shirt on sale. When I was inside the store, I was shocked when a mannequin near the entrance suddenly fell on me and hit my head. I found out that one of the staff moved it carelessly and hit me. The staff name 'Priya' told me that she'll report what happened to the Bluenotes main office and informed the Human Resources. Also, I was told by Priya that she will send me the report thru my email. Unfortunately and frustrating that I have not received any report or heard anything from Bluenotes company after what had happened.

Love their fall collections! Perfect for casual and weekend ensembles for low budget household like mine.
