I had to but some new clothes and lot of people recommended BN so i went and not regretting going there everything was at a great price and fits perfect with an amazing manager who helped me really cheap great deals everyday and very good customer service.

Good store, however they closed their dressing rooms on Boxing Day so you can’t try things on but their return policy remains that it’s exchange or store credit only. So they would get to keep my money if I didn’t like them after trying them on at home

I came in to do a return and the girl with the RED HAIR & SUNGLASSES ON TOP OF HER HEAD. She said no only store credit or exchange with no eye contact at all! So I said I’ll get the store credit then I asked if I could use it on online & once again she said no with no eye contact AGAIN! Then she read that back of store credit card & then she said yes you can with NO EYE CONTACT AGAIN!
The cost of the item was $22.50 then my store credit card was only $11.30 so I was very confused so I went back in & she did the wrong item! Like don’t you look at the item I gave you from the beginning. OF COURSE NOT because NO EYE CONTRACT AGAIN!

She was VERY NASTY towards me!

I went to this store to exchange my purchases and I couldn't find a couple things and I walked up to the girls to ask for help, and told them I didn't know where some things are and they both just stared at me and the one girl said "I don't even know where anything is in the store" to her friend. And I stood there like? Ohkay. And walked out.

I stopped in to Bluenotes today in the mall in between doing Christmas shopping and fell in love with a pair of jeans (I don't usually wear jeans). My size wasn't available and apparently they were a fall item, but I was assisted by Shyanne (apologies if that is a misspell of your name) who called in to other stores in the city for me to see if any of them still had my size left. None of them did but she went above and beyond to assist me and also helped me out with a sweater purchase as well. They were also busy as it is a Saturday during Christmas season so I would have understood if they didn't have the time to help me beyond the scope of their own stock, but Shyanne took the time to do everything she could to help me out. This was incredible customer service and I will be back again in the future. Thank you so much!
