Credits provided by them on returning items in the form of gift cards are not working. They simply refusing that they can not do anything for that.

Such a great customer service experience at the Oshawa Centre Bluenotes location. A few items from my online order didn’t fit right unfortunately and I had to return them. Due to my work hours, I arrived near closing hours and even with it being at the end of the teams shift they all were eager to assist when needed and very friendly. A special thank you to Andrea who went above and beyond when the system ran into issues with processing the return. She troubleshooted very quickly to ensure I got my money back and solved everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at that location and feel confident to shop online again knowing the type of customer service they provide in the odd times the online order doesn’t work out. Great experience, great store, will shop again!

Staff was very rude and they don’t have manners at all. Worst store ever. They need to get more training.

Always helpful staff when I go into Bluenotes. I hate shopping and trying on clothes and can get pretty discouraged rather quickly. I'm never disappointed with the assortment of sizes and styles. Bluenotes staff are always kind, patient and helpful. Traits I appreciate so much!

Like any store it's got some nice stuff, staff were ok however if you don't try it on and find something you like or if the fit is not good (not size), it can not be refunded. So gifting is hard. In store credit only. I personally don't like to shop at a store that won't refund in 14 days with receipt and tags still on.

Very pleased with my visit. Was just browsing for Xmas gifts and found several unique, good quality items at prices that seemed to beat what other similar stores in mall were offering and the staff was just lovely.

Amazing deals here! Not a wide selection range, but what is there is good quality. For the price, there's not a whole lot better

The selection and everything is great, but the manager or whoever that might be working was just walking around different areas of the store coughing.stay home if you're sick during a pandemic.smh.

Went in without receipt from xmas gift. They weren't going to be able to help due ti the value of the item, but ended up helping, in which then turned into a bigger sale for them. I then lost my earring in the change room, and when I called in to inquire, they were quick to go find and put in a safe spot for me. Fabulous customer service by all tonight.:)
