My 76 year old grandmother attended this "health team" recently to get her staples out 1 week post op from knee surgery. The nurse was taking them out, and said she didn't like the looks of the area around the wound (looked like she had infection under the skin). The nurse went to get Dr. Josephine to take a quick look at it. This "doctor" was on her way out the door so she refused to take five seconds to look at my elderly grandmother's knee, and instead told the nurse to pass on the message that she needs to "go back to whoever did it". Now my grandmother has been at this clinic for 40+ years. They are aware of her mental health and issues with her nerves. They sent her into complete panic, so she went to the hospital (over an hour away from their office) where the surgery was performed. She then proceeded to wait over FIVE HOURS to be seen by a doctor who took one look at her knee and wrote her a prescription for antibiotics. This Dr. Josephine completely broke her oath in my opinion during my grandmother's visit to her office. She forced an elderly lady who had brand new knee surgery to sit in an uncomfortable chair in a hospital waiting room for over five hours when she could have taken two minutes of her time to take a quick look at it, see it was obviously infected and write a script. I was absolutely horrified when I found out what happened. We will be reporting this "doctor" to the Ontario college of Physicians.

-3 It would be -5 But reception was polite. After investing 15 minutes just to get through to reception I learn that you must be a patient and that they are not accepting new patients. Really why even have a website or listing? I’m sure the patients know the number and the protocol

Great clinic, staff very helpful. Dr. Josephson is excellent. I will miss them moving BC.

I have only been twice for an apt, my initial apt i was in the waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes only to find out that i was never checked in on there system. I would like to think that with only a few people in the waiting room that day they would have noticed me there for a while.
Extremely hard to get through to anybody. After a certain amount of time on hold you are sent to a voicemail.

If I could, Id've given minus 5 stars. Our experience with this *health clinic* over the past 6 years is nothing short of one catastrophe after another.at the ONE time (I'm talking about an extreme life & death medical emergency health issue, and the only one that has ever occurred in our 50+ years) when we seriously & urgently needed a hell of a lot better. It's marketed & run like a capital money-making business. They. Don't. Care. Not about you, not about your needs & your health. The only good thing that came out of our experience with this pathetically run institution is that we had the privilege of knowing Dr. Janice Owen, and her subsequent replacement, Dr. Patrick Chang (who, thankfully for us remains as our Family Physician at this time, albeit at a MUCH better run location in London). The best Doctors - those with any sense of proper patient care, sensitivity, and compassion. LEAVE! There would be a reason for this. Look it up.

Used to like knowing staff and doctors and them knowing you.seems all the good ones have left.see a different doctor nurse and secratary each visit.someone should see who is causing all the staff to leave doctors too before they loose all thier patience my family are leaving sad i know they wont care that we were patience there for 25 yrs
