Great staff, great selection! I highly recommend this location to any other in Sarnia. The staff is helpful, they offer to help you with large items. If you can't find an item in stock they will order it and it's in fast! Thank you London Rd. Home Hardware!

Never has anyone around to help you find what your looking for, I’ve called and got hanged up on three times and when I did talk to someone they had no idea what I was looking for! I went to the london rd store and then there they did not help me with what I was needing. All it was is a blade for my band saw!

Staff was very helpful. I've got some mobility issues they even helped me out to my car with my items. Helpful and kind.

Always great service.
Paint - beautitone colours but you can bring in paint chips of other brands, as long as mixture is online they will mix for you.

Purchased shiplap mdf from another store, who were now out of stock. Brought a picture of stock code. Sales person spent a few minutes looking for it and found it. Did not point me to an aisle and say over there! Customer service really pays off as I returned later in week to make additional purchase.

Nice store with tons of stuff pretty easy to find what ever your looking for friendly staff. I'd go back again for sure.

We needed a new NorthStar window (just the glass) and they are the only distributors in this area. We placed an order on March 3rd and were told it would be about three weeks, which was fine, as we were putting our place up for sale at the beginning of May. We followed up 3 weeks later and they could not find our order, as there was confusion due to the person who usually does them having been away, but they found it and we were told just a few more weeks. At the 7 week point we called again. Again, they could not find our order and the person who does the ordering denied having spoken to us a few weeks ago. What's more, THEY DISCOVERED THAT THE ORDER WAS WRITTEN DOWN BUT HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. WE NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY. JUST A LONG, DRAWN-OUT HISTORY OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND TELLING US WHO WAS AT FAULT. We contacted NorthStar to see if we could order directly through them and were told we could not, but if the order was placed immediately, we would get it by May 16. It was May 18th, by the time the glass arrived and when we went to pick it up, no one knew where to find it.
It's obvious that these people are not only incompetent, but they can't and won't work as a team, meaning they fail repeatedly to serve their customers effectively. If you can go ANYWHERE else, I would recommend you do so.

Usually great service this time not so much. The week before I had great service. This time went in with a friend to purchase the same item yet the outback had no idea what the inside had asked for and began to question me on what the sales lady meant.blind leading the blind. Normally it's a great store.off day I hope.
