I would like to thank Mr Syed and all of the staff at Bluewater imaging. They were all very efficient and professional at this clinic. Nice and friendly receptionists. The lady took my Xtray was very friendly and professional as well. I've had many years of imaging and tests done due to health issues but Mr Syed is by far the most kind, professional and caring tech I've ever encountered. Thank you for having him within your team.

I had the first appointment of the morning booked the day before (sincerely thank you). Besides how to prepare for the ultrasound, I was invited TWICE to wear a mask (which I agree as the responsible thing to do in a medical set up). NO technicians or patients or receptionists were wearing one neither anyone invited the other patients to do that (I noticed only one female technician had the mask on) The technician that performed my exam did not wear one but I should have asked: the room is very small (2 people can barely move) and there is close physical contact. Even worse, the garbage bin was overflowing (and I was the first patient of the morning) ; I could not even fit the tissues I used to clean up the gel, I had to push the rest of the garbage down. On top of that, the garbage bag was closed in front of me, while I was still redressing. I was appalled, not even my grocery store does that. A suggestion: please close the door as soon the patient gets into the room: I did not feel comfortable initiating it while I was holding the gown and my belongings. Speechless.

Really bad experience at this location. Went there for my second pregnancy ultrasound and the technician pressed really hard around my belly with the wand. I was in pain for about 4-5 days and had bruises. Couldnt even walk properly because of it. I have gotten many ultrasounds done before at different locations and imaging centers but this was the worst of all. I only went there because i needed a female tech and they were the only ones that had the appointment available for the day i was looking for. They also did not send my results to my OB. They send them to my family doctor who has nothing to do about it. On the day of my appointment with my OB i had to call them so they can send the results.
I was so excited to see my baby before my ultrasound. It ended up being the most miserable and painful experience. Dont go there for ultrasound, you will be in pain for days. Was my first & last vist there.

Completely irresponsible and negligent service. They took two weeks to send us results on an injury with a two week healing time, making the results completely irrelevant and exposing my child to unnecessary radiation. We went to another X-ray provider a week and a half after getting this X-ray done, and still got those results before this place could be bothered to send results to our doctor. Go literally anywhere else.

Two different experiences: booking appointment (0 stars) vs.actual appointment (5 stars) - average is 3 stars.

I tried to book an appointment online and uploaded my requisition - was supposed to hear back, but after 3 weeks got no response. Tried calling to book an appointment, was kept on hold for almost an hour (I started as #20 in the queue) until I got through. Finally was able to book an appointment for next morning at a convenient time.

When I showed up for my appointment, service was prompt and efficient, and was done within 30 mins of arriving.

Bluewater needs to improve its booking process - operators seem overwhelmed by volume of calls, or allow appointments to be booked online, rather than just put into a queue that never gets responded to.

This team of receptionists and technicians are very friendly, accommodating and professional. They remember names and faces, greet you with a smile and provide excellent service! It's in the basement of the building so the office appears dark however they operate very efficiently. I will continue to book my appointments and ultrasounds here! Thank you

I've suffered from tendonitis in my left ankle for almost a month and my doctor needed to get an ultrasound. Other imaging companies were booked in advance for a month or more. Yesterday, I called your location to see if I would be able to get in within a few days.

A lady at your front desk, Elizabeth, told me If I was willing to wait, I could come in and she would try to fit me in sometime in the day. Remarkably, I was seen and had the ultrasound within an hour. Wow.

I will definitely recommend this location and company. Many thanks for the quick and friendly service.

The staff is extremely friendly, everyone I dealt with. They were very punctual and professional. I felt very much at ease getting my ultrasound and mammogram. Thank you to everyone at the clinic, for being so Client focused.

Don't waste your time and go elsewhere. I booked my mom's mammogram 6 months ago only to be rescheduled twice. On our last visit, we showed up only to find out that our appointment was cancelled and no one bothered to call us to reschedule or let us know that it was cancelled because the technician wasnt working. We had to reschedule our appointment once again.so much time was wasted! Had we known we would've went elsewhere and got it done sooner and faster. The receptionist that worked at 1pm on Saturday, April 16 was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to work at all. I asked her for her manager's contact information or headoffice number and she gave me the number to the general phone line although I had asked her three times and she confirmed that's the right number with a disrespectful tone. This only shows how incompetent and disrespectful the receptionist was.

Second time getting an ultrasound at this location and would not return.

First time the receptionist was nice but the technician was extremely rushed, rude, and left the door open at the end when I had to get redressed in the room.

Second time the receptionist told me 3 separate times that I wouldn't be able to be seen today in spite of having an appointment and following all of the recommendations beforehand. Immediately jumped to the conclusion that I didn't know what I was doing, and very aggressive and antagonistic in her answers.

Both times they called only my middle name instead of my first or last name, and seemed frustrated with me that I didn't respond the first time my name was called.

Seems like a pervasively toxic workplace and I feel bad for any kind hearted and compassionate individuals who have to work in such an environment.

(P.s. I've had about 15 ultrasounds at other places in the past 3 years due to pregnancies, and I have never had such a consistently poor experience as this place.)

Possibly the worst imaging place I've ever been to. Was told results would be expedited. Yet its been a week and still no results. Customer service is horrible, they sit there and let the phone simply go on without answering. Don't waste your time here

Terrible customer service!
I came for an ultrasound and yes i came in late but the person that was going to conduct it still chatted around with the people at the front desk for a while after i have come in.then i come into the room which by the way is extremely small and the facilities are not well taken care of. The technician then is rushing me and telling me to go hurry to empty my bladder. Finally done and extremely uncomfortable with the treatment so far i confirm with them that the results will be sent to my doctor they confirm will be done and the correct details are in the requisition form. Well surprise, my appointment come and they have not received it because they have sent it to the wrong number that I don’t even know where they got it from. I can tell people there are incompetent do not come here!

Worse ultrasound place. The ultrasound technician was so rude and attentive. She did everything very quickly, the impression is that for her the people who came with their problems are an empty place.

My family doctor referred me there to do an urgent X-RAY and I called and they told me to come and no appt needed. The front desk staff helped me and instructed me well, and it was right before their closing time. The X-ray technologist was explained to me about the procedure before doing it. As the X-RAY was an urgent one, I was shocked to have my results given to my doctor minutes after leaving the clinic. Thank you very much and god bless you all. Happy Holidays to everyone there! I have been accompanying my mom for most of her diagnostic Imaging needs to this location for a few years now and it would be a shame not to leave a review. My mom will not go to any other locations for her ultrasounds and mammos. The techs in this location are the best. We always make an appointment as the clinic is usually busy and sometimes we do have to wait anyways but we don't mind. I took my mom for her mammo last week and as usual, we had a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I went there today for blood work and an ultra sound. Everyone there is so rude and very unfriendly. They seem so annoyed by everyone that comes in.
I was very nice to everyone even the technician that did my ultrasound and she was so rude and dry.the way she was talking to me was like I was a dog.

There was an issue with my req not being there and my family doctor's office kept saying they had faxed it a week ago. They re-faxed it again and in the end everything did work out fine. The technologist was awesome, answers all my questions patiently and was very efficient.

Horrible. Please just avoid. Its been 2 years since I last went, I was pregnant with my 3rd baby and the girls at the counter were very rude for no reason. They also mocked me when I asked why they were letting other walk-ins go inside before me. I truly still feel traumatized by their actions. This is not right. I really hope they get fired, but by the looks of it.it does seem that alot of people complained but the owner does not care. The receptionist girls are probably family members. MuST AVOID. Run awayyyyyyyyy. Period.

When there on a Friday for ankle ultrasound. By Monday the doctor called me to review the results.
Thank you to the technician she was very professional. Appointment for 12 and saw me at 12.

To make an appointment with this location, you must physically show up, and then be prepared to deal with the super rude behavior of staff. With all the labs available, there is absolutely no reason anyone should have to go to this place

Extremely poor front staff. From the moment I walked in for my appointment until I left, the front staff complained loud enough for everyone to hear about patients having appointments so they couldnt leave. It was so very uncomfortable to be sitting there listening to them complain about having to do their job. Very unprofessional and very unkind.

Terrible service. Would give them a 0 if I can. I had to constantly follow up with them to make sure they faxed a vital ultrasound report to my family doctor. Every day counted and I literally wasted a week before my family doctor finally received the report. Do not use this imaging place. They are unprofessional and don't seem to care whether the reports actually are received by the doctors at all.

For a week I have been in pain and am still waiting for my results because they don't have a technician to review the results and send to my doctor. I wouldn't send dog to be x rayed over here nevermind human. It's a shame that a country like Canada has a place with this kind of garbage service they just take money from sick people like me and they don't care if you're ok or not

Do not go to this place for an ultrasound or xrays if it can be avoided. It’s been 9 days and and counting, and the radiologist has yet to review my ultrasound so that it can be sent to my GP. And to add insult to injury, when I called them to complain they had zero sense of urgency and we’re totally noncommittal on when the results would be ready. When I called my GP’s office to ask why it was taking so long, they advised that they were experiencing longer than normal delays from Bluewater Imaging. Wish I’d known before I went. I would have selected another establishment.
Stay away.trust me. It’ll be the best decision you ever made.

My 80 year old grandmother went in for an xray 6 days ago and after calling in they advised that they have no idea when we will recieve the results. The doctor requested them for 1pm and they refuse to provide them. No point in going there.

I dun know why but the service is always slow and worst same happened with me a couple of months ago and now with my husband he got annoyed with long waiting time and now is been two weeks he didn’t get his reports like his doctor appointment is near and diagnostic didn’t transfer reports to the doc same happened with me I got mad every single day to remind my name and now facing same thing with my husband

Worse ultrasound place ever. I did my test over 2 weeks ago and my doctor still hasn't received my results. I called over 3 times and asked to resend the results and still the fax they claim they sent never got to the doctor. My doctors office was also calling and requesting the same information.

Also, not to mention the technician that did my ultrasound was more concerned with the federal election than my test. I question whether the test was done correctly.

Save yourself the hassle and dont bother going to this place. Especially the Woodbridge location

I booked an appointment for a very specific ultrasound at this location. I was organizing my work week taking this in consideration and suddenly they called on the same day saying that the technician was away and that I would have to reschedule it. Next time if I need to cancel for any reason I will do it on the same day too. Please review your cancelation policy, no consideration for customers here.

I visited this location on the morning of April 18th and was absolutely disgusted with what I saw and heard. The two young females working at the front desk repeatedly spoke poorly of patrons in an obnoxious and rude manner. They spoke about people coming to check in and people that were calling in. Every and anyone in the waiting room could hear the two discussing personal matters of patients - with absolute zero regard for confidentiality - let alone professionalism (especially because most of these people were elderly). It’s surprises me that a place like this where they’re supposed to keep your personal information confidential is run with such a mockery.

This is THE WORST place ever. I've taken my wife for a coupe exams and the receptionists are unhelpful and extremely rude. The place don't even look clean and the room where we did the exams stink as someone was living there for a couple of years, with no shower. Good luck calling their general line: you are up for another treat!

I was happy with the service I have recieved here today. I usually go to Dixie where they make you sigh in and then book your appointment. At Bluewater they took me rite away, I had x-ray and ultrasounds done. The tecs where very helpful and understanding good expierence over all.

They close at 5 but the couldn't do my xray at 4 o'clock because they were done for the day? This was the second time coming to this place and the front desk lady could really learn how to smile or act and it professional manner!

I went to this location for X-ray a while ago, on Friday afternoon! I knew I got there too late (busy Friday afternoon) and they were closing at 5 pm, but they let me get my X-Ray done. I appreciate the X-Ray tech cause she stayed some more minutes after 5 PM.
She was really nice and friendly.
