Bluewater Imaging - Lawrence & Dufferin

I had an appointment on October 11th. Very nice people, punctual, clean. The male technician doing my ultrasound was extremely nice, professional, polite and gentle. One of the best experiences. Highly recommend:)

My experience today was vastly better than those of others. I don't disbelieve their accounts but I have to mention that my experience with my wife at her ultrasound was very pleasant and the technician named (Mariá? She was Persian) was patient and clearly very knowledgable.

I'm not quick to leave bad reviews, but when it comes to medical imaging I feel it's especially important to warn others about low-quality service.

In my case, my midwives gave me a requisition for an ultrasound to follow up on a minor anatomical issue seen in an earlier ultrasound (at a different imaging service). Following up on this very specific issue was the sole purpose of the ultrasound and was clearly indicated on the requisition. During the ultrasound itself, I was a little taken aback by some mild unprofessional behaviour (the technologist squeezed a nearly-empty bottle of gel onto my belly like she was getting the last little bit of mustard from a bottle onto a hot dog - not very dignified and none of the usual warnings about it being cold - and proceeded to barely speak while taking a long time during the ultrasound itself, getting a lot of images that didn't seem relevant to the anatomical issue at hand) but I brushed this off at the time and eagerly awaited the results.

Yesterday at my midwife appointment, my midwife told me that not only had Bluewater Imaging taken unusually long to send them the "results", but they hadn't even checked the anatomical issue that was the whole point of the ultrasound! The "results" were just an extremely generic statement about the fetus being normal.great, but not the information we were looking for. The technologist must not have even read the requisition. I am baffled as to what she was even doing and what images she thought she was supposed to be collecting if she was not guided by the requisition - she must have just been freestyling.

Very frustrating to spend the time and energy to get an ultrasound only to find out the imaging service couldn't be bothered to read the requisition and give you what is asked for. Especially frustrating at 38 weeks pregnant. A complete waste of my and my midwives' time. I will not be coming back here and I recommend others find a more professional imagining service as well.

Horrible place do not go here at all! The staff & everybody is so un professional, showed up for my appt at 9: 00 was still waiting at 9: 45 so I asked the receptionist what was taking so long, they told me “ oh 2 people before you came in late so it’s another 45 minutes “ so they told me I had to wait another 45 mins till 10: 30 to have my appointment.
So un reliable do not go here at all!

Let me be clear STAY AWAY from here, disrespectful receptionist, booking appointment and waiting 30-60 minutes, dirty place

Hand sanitizer empty, receptionist constantly coughing off and on for my 30 minute tome there! No mask! Extremely slow 30 minute wait after appointment time. Receptionist no where to be found, ignoring patients in line! I could go on but what's the point? Nothing changes!

Had an excellent experience with the team working at this site and also they were so accommodating to my needs

I called 3 days earlier to make an appointment for my 91 year old disabled father and was told it was walk in only. When I got there I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. No exceptions and staff did not suggest any other locations. Poor management and lack of communication. I found Lawrence and Bathurst X-ray and ultrasound who were happy to do the X-ray.

The X-Rays take an absurd amount of time to get ready. Its ridiculous, I went in for an XRAY for a possible fracture and Ive been waiting 3 days for them to send it to the dr, while im in pain and cant even work and dont even know if its a fracture or not Everytime I call they say its almost done and the person is finishing it, its pretty ridiculous

Very Rude Receptionist. Totally useless and unprofessional. I think its the time to fire the Receptionist.

Stay away from this location. Horrible service. Disorganized reception staff, you might come in first and get served last after others come in after you. Pack a lunch and get ready to overpay for parking. Reception staff very unprofessional, laughing, talking etc.till you approach the desk, then get ready to be treated like you disrupted their personal conversation. You will leave here regretting you came. Plus you have to pay for parking find another location anywhere else is probably better the here. I didn't even want to leave the 1 star but had to so I could post.

Please make yourself a favor DO NOT go to this place at all no even by mistake. Go somewhere else.the staff is rude, rude and rude! Zero customer service.if you come first than everyone else you will get help last.this place is a nightmare!
This location should shut down or change the whole staff starting with the manager what kind of manager run this place where every single customer get out of this place mad and frustrated and nothing has been done!

Was at the clinic last week and had a better experience than the last time. The young lady there was very friendly and seemed to be getting things done.

This location truly lacks patient accommodation, my partner went here for her 16 week ultrasound, never have I been forced to wait outside of the room when my partner asked for me to accompany her, when I was allowed in it was for a brief moment and rushed out. Truly unfortunate, I recommend going elsewhere.

The receptionist Nikki was so sweet and I can tell she genuinely enjoys her job at the clinic. It makes for a warm welcome. My appointment went fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

I had an appointment at the 960 Lawrence Ave West location and the receptionist Nikki was very polite and had great customer service. Will return here for future diagnostic imaging.

Arrived 15 minutes before ultrasound appt as requested and they made my mother wait 1 hour with a full bladder. Never experienced this kind of wait for this type of test anywhere else. Something's wrong here!

Come here is you wanna lose your time and patience. Went for x rays and ultrasound. First they wanted me to come next week because they couldn't find the technician. They said "she didn't pick up the phone you gotta reschedule" really? Well finally did em and my doctor didn't get the results. After so much lost time I had to go get em in other lab. Should be banned this lab
