Very disappointment at the ultrasound technician. My son just got a ultrasound done by her, she has no manner and does not know how to deal with a 5 years old kid. She was not happy with the fact that her first appointment of the day was a kid. Very rude and the lack of professionalism was extreme. If you need to get a ultrasound go to another location.

I want there for my first pregnancy ultrasound. The Dr didn't let me look at the Screen or she didn't let me hear the baby's heartbeat I was very disappointed My first screening my first ultrasound for my first baby and I didn't get to see or hear it's not good.

I dont know what the last 2 reviews are complaining about. I've gone twice here already and refuse to go anywhere else now. The polish lady is hands down the best ULTRASOUND tech I've had experience with so far. Shes gentle, kind and will communicate with you unlike others that are just cold. The only thing that sucks is not getting a picture to take home because you need to pay for it.

If i could give this place no stars, i definitely would.here’s my experience, everyones will always be different.went for a dating ultrasound (im around 2 months pregnant) and already was extremely nervous and scared.i had the support of my lovely partner and my mom waiting for me in the waiting room until they were instructed to come in and hear the heartbeat of the baby.the ultrasound technician i received was so unbelievably rude i tried so hard not to burst out in tears the entire appointment. TO BE FAIR she seemed MUCH older in age…. So i tried not to think much of her attitude.although this does not excuse the fact that she was completely disrespectful.first, she informs me that the appointment would take about an hour long.i was there for probably 8 minutes max.she told me to take off my clothes waist up.confused i asked her again “waist up? ” and she yelled “yes that’s what i said”. So of course i complied and did what she asked.when she saw me laying on the table with my pants on she began to yell at me “why are your pants on” and again, confused, argued that she only instructed me to take off my clothes waist up and her response was “whatever.it’s the same thing.hurry up take it off”. So i did and when i was done i knocked on the door she didn’t answer so i waited and when she opened the door yelled at me again “what is taking you so long hurry up”.

fast forward to the ultrasound.it went fine.she instructed me to empty my bladder and the second i sat on the toilet knocked and asked me to hurry and finish so we could move on.when i got back on the table she did a transvaginal ultrasound to hear the heartbeat for no more than 2 seconds as she spoke over it, said “there’s your heartbeat.we need acouple more pictures and we’re done.if you want a picture take one and be off”. That was it.a ruined first experience for a first expecting mother who was looking forward to this moment and it was shattered by a grumpy lady with no remorse or feeling. I GET IT.health care workers are exhausted.they are tired.they are fed up.they want to be seen and acknowledged and not neglected.this does no way, shape or form give the OKAY for anyone, ANY CLIENT, to be treated with such rudeness.i had my boyfriend and my mother come in asking how i was doing because they could hear her yelling at me and everything she was saying from the waiting room.disappointed and i left feeling hurt.would like to report this lady because no expecting mother or client after me should have to deal with anything of this sort.unprofessional and seriously hurtful.

Worst ultrasound place ever, unprofessional rude, will rush you out of the room, won’t show you the baby on the screen and also won’t allow you to get a picture of your baby, they are forcing ppl to pay for the pictures of the baby ….
Never coming back again!

This is the worst blue water imaging I have encountered I went for an ultrasound today and (the old lady) the technician was unprofessional she didn't want to do her job also ask me to put in the wand myself claiming she don't wanna hurt me.it's ur job to perform the vaginal ultrasound.also she was very judgemental and she didn't even show me the screen or let me hear the heartbeat she seems to be in a hurry I will never go back to this site because the rest blue water I've been to I have never encountered this rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff.worst ultrasound I've received

I work at both 960 Lawrence and 2221 Keele clinics and have to say, I have never had the pleasure before of working with such a kind and professional team

I dont know if the person wasn't helpful or if they cant do it.neither way they said is not possible to print the x-ray images.they told me to look at the website and ask for it.i've pay $5 and need to wait 2 business day to receive it on email.

So far so good! My first time here and had a really great experience.
Requested appointment through their website, they called me the next day to schedule.
Receptionist not overly welcoming but still nice and professional.
Technician very friendly.
Will definitely come back!
