Bluewater Imaging - Etobicoke

Receptionist is kind. Ultrasound tech is awkward and comes off as impolite and rude. I drank 4 cups of water an hour before my scan as directed and she berated me and told me she "didn't have time for me" to drink more because the ultrasound wasn't super visible even though I followed instructions. She is offputting, makes concerning faces through your entire scan (try and hide it at least), and I would rather travel 30 mins to the US at Trinity Medical Imaging than go with her again. Otherwise its easy to make an appt, setting is kinda weirdly lit and dim.

No respect to customers turn off on the phone when patients talking and booking appointment with no respect

Currently closed for 2 weeks for renovation.wish I knew that before paying for parking for no reason.
I've been happy with the service here. Having a walkin option has come in handy in the past.

I would have given a zero star if it was possible, not everyone is rude at this location and unprofessional part from a professional with name Bob which is a nice person the rest is rude people, I would recommend anybody to go somewhere else.

The staff is very professional, pleasant and amazing! They put a smile on every patient’s face! They made my day!
