I owned a 23' aluminum enclosed NEO snowmobile trailer (also purchased from Bluewater) which was involved in an accident last spring and Don Hallock was very helpful and outgoing in dealing with the insurance company and appraisers with/for me. The process with the insurance company was tedious and drawn out, so we were reaching out to Don for assistance every few days and he was always more than willing to help out however he could. I am certain he went above and beyond what would typically be part of his day-to-day duties.

My old trailer was beyond repair so as in-stock trailers were few and far between and I needed an immediate replacement, he also helped me get a new NEO trailer after walking me through the options and proposed timelines for delivery of units from the factory. I had it picked up for delivery to me 15 hours away from Strathroy and he did a full walk-through with the shipper and then notified me it was on it's way. The trailer was in my driveway a day later and in pristine condition.

I would not hesitate in dealing with or referring anyone to Bluewater Trailers again, especially Don. Bluewater will again be my first stop when the need arises for the next trailer.

Great place, worth the 3 hour drive, just picked up my trailer yesterday, it took awhile as manufacturer had problems with supplies. I dealt with SHANON and she was great, she kept me in the loop and informed as to what was happening, and as to timelines on a regular basis and also responded to any emails quickly and in a timely and very friendly manner. I would recommend if your looking for a trailer, this is the place

Called twice for a trailer theys said they would get back to me never heard from them so I ended up buying from action trailers
They must not need sales just a fancy building they didn't even try to sell me something

Purchased a 6x10 Galv Dump and everything with Bluewater trailers was an excellent experience. They were prompt to answer any questions and also to get the trailer ready for pick up in a matter of days.
They were also very helpful answering questions about the Aluminum Dump trailer as well and gave lots of pros and cons of each model to help make a well informed decision on our needs for a dump trailer

Lindsay Paine was an excellent sales professional when it came to ordering and receiving our new 16x7 enclosed snowmobile trailer. Under the present circumstances it was ordered and delivered as quickly as possible.
Yes there were some delays but it arrived just in time for us to use on our annual week long winter getaway in Northern Ontario.
The pricing is in line with the present situation and understandable as expected.
The trailer quality is very good.
I do see an issue with the hinge on the top of the ramp door as the carbides on the skis come into contact with this hinge and I see after a few uses it has been damaged.
I believe this can be rectified by installing a few small pieces of the ski guide on the fold out flap. That will help keep the skis high enough above the hinge as it crosses over it when loading and will reduce the wear and tear.
This is a minimal issue but I feel is worth noting for future reference.
We hope that this trailer will provide us with years of safe travelling and adventures!

Overall a good experience and am happy with the trailer I bought. Shanon was very helpful and I’d go back if ever in the market for another trailer.

First trailer purchased, everything went very good, except once I got to the job with the trailer, and I had to measure the sheets, so it was a 7x14 plus the v-nose, I actually ordered a 7x16, whatever the v-nose is for, now if want to trade it, it's a lot more money, then elsewhere, so the dealer actually measures and to end, not the actual box, that u need the room for,

Have left voice mails many/ have tex many many times/ have even emailed like 10 times in last 2 months / as well as sent many request threw the kijiij adds with no response/. Is this place even in bissnis anymore thay keep posting more trailers on kijiji?

The sales team over there are amazing, my schedule is tight and when we went to blue water trailers, it was pouring rain. The sales representative Tanner Godwin basically showed me just about every trailer, answering all my questions. He didn’t even care that he was getting soaked. He took his time and was very patient. The purchase, as an out of town buyer, was conducted entirely by phone and on line and the trailer was delivered to me. After researching what kind of aluminum utility trailer to buy, I decided to look in other provinces to find what I was looking for. Contacted several companies with various level of response. Picked up my 7x22 Neo enclosed trailer yesterday drove all the way from Kingston ON to get it. Great people, great prices and willing to go out of there way to help you for all your trailer needs. Trailer was all ready when we arrived after calling the same day.

I procrastinated way too long to write this review. But Blue Water Trailers truly deserves to be recognized for their superb customer skills. Drove there from Mississauga to purchase a trailer as I was not too impressed by Excalibur Trailers in Brampton.
I dealt with Corrine Cable and she was beyond amazing! Never seen such good customer service, even with the most prestige dealerships that I've dealt with before. Corrine and her colleague went above and beyond to ensure I get the best trailer for my needs and that everything was in good working order before I left with my new purchase. They stayed after hours and played with the electrical connections until they got them to work. They also supplied a new hitch free of charge as mine was too low.
I would defiantly recommend this place without any hesitation whatsoever. Well worth the drive. Plenty of beautiful trailers available and prices are better than in GTA.

We meet at the Toronto snowmobile show Angela Roberts was very knowledgable about all her products and was extremely friendly their pricing is fair, If I ever need another trailer that’s where I will be returning and it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive for me so it’s not the convenience it’s the service that will be the reason for my return
