Blyth Academy (Head Office & Admissions)

It's only the beginning for this course but already I am dissatisfied with Blythe. I called to ask if there was a promotion code but no one was in the office when I called. I asked the online chat to find out if there was a promotion for online learning and they responded nothing was available at the time I registered. I found out later that day that there was a promotion code but was told I could not receive it because I already registered. I cannot comment on their teaching but I feel because the online chat gave me the wrong information they should credit me for the promotion money.

My daughter who was grade 12 took 3 courses in total this year and one of them was grade 11 accounting. She took final exam around May 16th and today is July 10th and still no final mark. Final exam marked partially and since June 27th me and my daughter tried to get teacher to finalize but no luck. Called school many times responsible person Jeremy said he would handle but no luck. Over one week no response to my voice messages from Jeremy who is student resolution councillor and no available stuff to answer any calls. Technical support responses ever 1-2 weeks. Because of this my daughter could not graduate and could not pay university tuition. Very annoying also they double charge sometimes and if you do not check your credit card statements noone will refund you. I see same issue not only courses, for exam frees as well. My experience was really bad with them. This is not acceptable that my daughter still could not graduate. They are playing people future.
