It is not a good experience to witness a car got broke-in on Tuesday right next to your parking lot, and on Thursday your car got broke-in as well. 3 days, 2 car vandalizing cases, no kidding. You might not believe but it actually happened on me, costed $4700 to repair my car. I left nothing in the car, and nothing was stolen. So basically offenders can freely smash your window and take a look, and you pay for their tour in your car. They do what they want and will never got caught. The fact is this area is just a free land, a playground, or you can say a heaven for vehicle vandalism crimes. Because the $40/month underground parkings have no gate at the entrances in those communities. More than 10 vehicle vandalism happened in February 2020. Safety is definitely an issue here. It’s a great place to live but since police or the property management can not help stopping this, I hope this comment can draw some attention from tenants and the management team. Although they told me they would implement a security team patrolling, I hope I can really see that happen before I leave.
