Never answer their phones, I was told there would a 1 day hold on my cheque and im still waiting for a phone call confirming that the hold was remove as per their instructions. Complete joke

Really appreciated the customer service of Mellissa McCallaa. She is super friendly and providing an excellent service. Thanks to BMO to keep such good staff.

We went for an emergency request and Jaspeer was the one to help us. Her schedule was fully booked and we didn't have an appointment. She managed to squeeze our complicated request into her schedule. She was very understanding and helpful. We are very grateful for her going out of her way like this. Thanks again, Jaspeer!

Staff are awesome.
Sometimes the lines can be very long, especially on a Friday afternoon.it is what it is. Extra tellers would be nice during those busy times.

Absolutely thrilled with Frances (Mortgage Advisor). We have been with her and BMO Pickering through two mortgages. Great customer service and fantastic at educating clients and helping with decision making.

Thanks to your bank staff Antonella Grossi for helping me to trace a bank statement entry that was more than a year ago over the branch walk-in counter.

Ms Grossi provides knowledgeable service to solve my longtime financial glitch and patience with my unrelated descriptions.

Comments pertain to this bank & branch management. Customer service is terrible. Phone calls to service numbers for service relating to on line or credit card issues result in a 20 to 40 minute wait. Electronic messages are quoted as a 3 to 4 DAY wait for a reply. Branch visit requires a 20 to 40 minute wait to see a teller & when the teller calls re credit card issue a 50 to 60 minute wait is quoted. Don’t know if all banks are like this but will be finding out. Rather than offer money for new accounts suggest they invest in staff to up service game. 2ND ENTRY AFTER REPLY -Will not be calling branch manager as I’ve already spoken to her. Also, my problem is not with the branch other than wait, but more so with the wait times for help CALLS associated with credit card issues & on line problems. Thought I had covered that in original posting. Also, I’m now being told I need to listen to some sort of disclosure from the credit card people before my card will be cancelled? Still not happy & only getting worse.
