I had one of the best banking experiences at this branch with sheyda she helped me out and took care of all the stuff i needed very experienced employee wish we could see more people like her at other branches

Terrible service unprofessional I do baking with BMO but not much most of my banking do other because of service very poor @ BMO Hillcrest mall & here 4797 leslie st walk in spoke to lady her name was shady the way she talk like I owe her or.thats reason don't wanna do any business or saving with BMO honestly other bank never have any issues & even teller help U much so don't even want to see adviser shame

My grandmother and mother visited the bank this morning to make a simple withdrawal for my grandmother. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant and both felt very disrespected by the bank teller who showed levels of hostility and impatience due to their limited English.

My hope is that this review raises awareness so that no one else is treated this way in the future.

I've been to alot of bmo branches and never once was I ask for I. D to deposit a regular cheque.

Visited Jacob Feldman for help with pension paperwork and got the best possible service! Super professional and helpful. Definitely coming to this branch for other inquiries.

I applied a credit card and visited to activate the card. One Chinese woman told me that they had a good promo for new customers, cash back $300.

I didn't have any plan for cheque account but she wheedled me to make a debit card and told me just two option that I have to do is deposit a money and cheque.

I made a debit card and deposited money and my payroll cheque. I waited for the cash back but It did not paid.

I went to the branch and told them all the situation and they said it must be "DIRECT DEPOSIT". So that they couldn't give me cash back. Nobody told about this information. If knew the conditions, I would not make the card.

I only paid more than $100 for maintaining this account. Everytime they said visit the HOME branch even activate the credit card or change the plan. Very inconvenience! I will not use BMO again.

Great staff, they helped me troubleshoot a technical account issue. Most bank branches would have gave me a hard time. They were very accommodating, two thumbs up.

I went to activate my credit card which I applied online, they did and I was happy with the service but when I use it at the super store it got denied then I call customer service they said it’s not activated and you have to visit the branch again.for their own mistake

Did a money transfer to this branch from TD Canada trust to pay for a vehicle. The branch manager went out of the way to ensure that the transaction went through even calling the other manager to task to “make it happen “. Totally impressed by Asunah. BMO be proud.

Friendly staff. They are helpful and kind. I’m an international student, so they asked if I need someone specifically. I spoke in English for my affair that time but I still remember the kindness toward people seeming to have some language barrier.
