Tellers we're amazing but customer service on the phone don't care if you're having issues with your card they will just keep sending you back to the bank. My bank isn't just across the street.

This is my main branch and I always go there and they know me and the young blond girl always gives me a hard time and is very rude and is not helpful she gives me attitude and then her only answer is let me get my manager and it has happened on multiple occasions and it is not only me I’ve seen her arguing so many times with other custoemrs

Best BMO branch I’ve ever been. George (Personal Banking) was really attentive. He opened my accounts and gave me a credit card. Branch was clean, not busy. Recommend.

3 stars as an average for this location says it all! I wish I trusted reviews and never gone to this location. Opened a new chequing account with them for the first time after having a credit card for years. They promised $250 and simple steps to follow to fullfill the requirements. Everything was done and no money delivered. After opening an account we also got other products such as mortgage, line of credit and were planning on getting more but then why would I bring more money to the bank that can’t even fulfill the promise. After 7 months and endless conversations with bank manager Iryna which promised $100 for supposedly half of the requirements I fulfill and hey also not delivered I am deeply disappointed with the bank and this location especially. It was never my primary bank and I wouldn’t transfer my money and all the assets over night to the bank who kept on failing me. I never write reviews long like this but this experience that dragged for months just boiled my blood. DO NOT RECOMMEND, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION! Don’t trust what they say or promise! I have a good banking history and never had such issues with other banks I deal with!

Terrible customer service. Their bank machine ate my card and my cheques in the middle of a transaction.which isnt their fault. But I left a detailed message for them and they never called back.that is their fault. They just never answer the phone. Contempt for their customers. Terrible customer service.

Teller confused 500 and 5000 dollars in a report after an atm swallowed a 5000 dollar cheque. When a collleage pointed this out to her, she fixed the error in front of me and then proceeded to lie to my face, stating that she had never made the error.

Customer service was called the night before when the cheque was swallowed. They promised to notify the branch and contact us asap when the problem was resolved. No one at the branch was notified of the issue at all.

Utmost worst customer experience. Long waiting time. Wrong account information. Employees show no respect to customers. Will not come back again.
