Incredibly horrible customer service. I truly cannot believe the way I was treated here today. The staff is so inconsiderate, negligent and straight up disrespectful! I went to use the ATM and the time was 4: 15. The ATM was not working correctly as there was a malfunction so I required help. The branch still had customers inside but the door was locked. I knocked on the door and explained my situation to the teller. I spoke to him very calmly and all I wanted was an explanation to why the ATM did not dispense the cash. He repeatedly said to me “We’re closed now so I can’t help you”. Mind you, I was not asking or expecting him to do much as I understand the branch was about to close. All I did was ask a question, his attitude was absolutely disgusting. While he was speaking to me his colleagues (2 elderly women) were yelling at him to close the door on me. Then right as I tried speaking again he SHUT THE DOOR ON MY FACE and locked it! I was in absolute disbelief and shock. I cannot believe I witnessed such unprofessional, cheap behaviour at a BANK. I am writing this in hopes that management sees this review along with the MANY bad reviews this location has. It is completely unacceptable and inexcusable to behave this way towards clients, no matter how tired you are, no matter what time it is. I will never visit this location ever again, and advise other BMO customers as well …. If you would like to receive some decent respect do not go here!

For the first time at this branch I gave up Trafalgar and Dundas branch because of the amazing staff and service provided and the atmosphere at the branch in itself. However a big thank you and paid promotion goes out to the one and only Manveer. Thank you for an amazing start to a new adventure.

Absolutely deplorable customer service at this location. So far today I have been hung up on twice, told someone would call me back and never got a call back, and called over 50 times with no answer and eventually just being sent straight to voicemail. Disgusting really and is making me come to the decision to close my account and bank elsewhere after over 10 years of service with them. I just came into some money that I was going to invest with BMO but not anymore. Whatever is happening, it’s almost criminal and I am done with BMO specifically this branch.
I advise anyone and everyone to steer clear!

Terrible customer service. Teller did not wish even though I asked her how are you?
Not a smile or even polite. I was then sent to a Mutual Funds rep and she (Nada) was worse than the teller. Again not friendly and not even a bit of a smile or friendly. This branch needs some training in customer service. Not friendly at all. I had an appointment for Thursday with Nada but did not bother going. Will switch banks as soon as I get a chance.

My mother always goes to this branch and has always mentioned good things about this branch.

Today I Had a good experience at this branch, dealt with Karan, who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, He goes out of his way with a good greeting and resolves your concerns in an efficient manner.

I have been visiting this branch for sometime and lately it is busy with the queue stretching across the branch- no one's fault, It is in a busy location. The staff at this branch do everything to accommodate you. I was in just after the New Years and was in the queue. While I was waiting, I noticed a young gentleman come ask everyone politely if they needed any assistance. He managed to take one or two people into his office hence cutting the waiting time for us, this was pretty helpful. When I finally reached the counter, I was met with a cheerful girl named Kimberly. She was so polite and attentive to my hundred questions. For a few that she could not answer, she put me onto the same young man who was dealing with people in the queue earlier, Karan. He is a very sweet young boy, very patient and jovial and listened to all my queries and suggested many options regarding my investments (which I may consider in the future). I just wanted to bring to notice these two employees of this branch- Kimberly and Karan, who went over and above to help me. Definitely a huge asset to the branch. I recommend them to everyone. Keep it up. Good job!

Was at this branch today.it was a terrible experience!
There were 9 people in line with only 2 tellers working.while there were plenty of other employees walking arounfld doing nothing.
I waited over 20bminutes.brutal.

Unbelievable! The manager was verbally abusing her colleague in front of a full bank. I was waiting in line with many others and the manager, I think her name was Aasha, came out of her office and started talking disrespectfully and violating a fellow bank member who is always helpful, kind and amazing. Aasha destroyed her sense of pride. A total misuse of power and mistreatment. I hated to be around her and this bank, I felt even worse for the poor woman who was on the receiving end of this terrible bank manager.

Service very bad employees more than very bad I have bad experience with this branch yesterday I went to make deposit at the drive through ATM the money stuck inside I went inside the branch the teller (she) told me leave you phone will call you when we find the money finally I lost the money no one at the branch paid any attention then Idecided to close my account with BMO

Kimberly is definitely an asset to the team! Amazing customer service provided. Kimberly understood the urgency of the matter and assisted to provide the complete solution and resolve the issues. Kimberly went above and beyond and I will definitely be using this location as my home branch going forward!
Kimberly needs to be recognized for all her efforts in assisting the customer to a complete solution, advising of all the current offers and taking the time to explain and resolving all issues and also leaving the customers with a smile on their face. Thanks again Kim!

I went into the branch to make a payment on my line of credit and presented the teller with the actual line of credit bill. She applied the payment to my credit card NOT my line of credit. Seriously? I gave her the line of credit bill, apply the payment to the proper account!

Terrible customer service! I've called twice to book an appointment regarding my investments with BMO and never even recieved a call back. Despite the fact that their outgoing message says that they will return my call by end of business day. I do not recommend banking here.

I went today to certify a cheque. They send me to Brampton location as the teller told me the cheque should be certified at the main branch. Meanwhile when I reach Brampton location I ask the teller there if only main branch does certify cheque, I was advised that BMO certified cheque at any location. Today is January 10,2020 weather was so bad. But because i have an emergency thats why i have to certified my cheque asap. My son is fighting for his life in the ICU. And having a poor service from one compqny add up on my stress and devqstatio. The teller should know better what they were doing. So sad.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced in a bank in my life. Went in to close an account for a death of a family member and was told over the phone I did not need an appointment, but when I went in 10 mins later (close drive) they said all their employees were busy and I needed to book an appointment. The person who helped us was extremely rude and very curt with us, not friendly whatsoever and rushed us at the front desk. Personal belongings were thrown around on her desk like her purse, drinks, keys etc and music was playing behind the desk on a radio which is not professional. Screens were turned around when other employees were being helped and I could view some of their account information which should be kept turned to the teller at all times for privacy! Never bank here!
